  I just love this hotel, really good and helpful service, Aquforum (aqua park and spa) inside premises, nicely renewed.

  Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Barrierefrei. Das Essen ist lecker.
  Zimmer sind sauber und in gutem zustand.
  Parkplatz und Spielplatz im Hof werden noch renoviert. Man bekommt aber einen Parkplatzschein für einen Aquaforum-Parkplatz (videoüberwacht). Spielplatz in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders schön: Aquaforum direkt im Hotel, einfach mit Bademäntel erreichbar. Große Rutsche, Kinderbereich. Fahrräder könnte man problemlos auch für kleine Kinder ausleihen. Minigolf-Anlage direkt gegenüber dem Hotel ist mit vorsicht zu genießen. Man darf die Bahnen wirklich nicht betreten. Sonst kommt ein richtig wütender Mann und schreit Sie oder die Kinder an.

  Krásný historický hotel v centru Františkových Lázní. Velkou výhodou je přímé propojení s akvaparkem Aquaforum do kterého mají všichni hosté vstup zdarma. Rautové stravování bylo vynikající. Chutná jídla a velký výběr. Pokoj byl nově renovovaný a prostorný. Skvělé byly procedury. Celkově naprostá spokojenost.

  Nice hotel, but I expected more, considering it's a 4 stars hotel The food is good, but if you stay more than one week it's a lot the same. Big advantage is direct connection with the Aquaforum and Císařské lázně, the staff is nice and helpful, the location next to the park and near the city center is convenient and calm. The rooms are comfortable, but as we paid for a superior room I expected it to be bigger and better equipped, the shower is too small, rooms not well soundproofed. The spa treatment is a bit disappointing, some procedures are too short (15 minutes for massages or physiotherapy make almost no effect). But overall the stay here is relaxing and enjoyable.

  in my opinion, the best spa hotel in cz, considering the price aspects. 4s stsr hotel, food is fresh and delicious, broad selection of spa pricedures, big wellness centre connected to the building with an underground corridor, so that one can leave his hotel room just in a bathrobe I like it.
