Buffet breakfast, hot food was always cold and disgusting. My room wasnt very good either, the room was very small and the bed was so uncomfortable. Definitely not a 4* hotel i have stayed in better 2* hotels. Saying all that the evening staff are lovely very friendly day staff not so much.

Centrally located, clean and decent rooms for the money. Breakfast is good for the price. Decent views from the rooftop terrace. Can't fault it for the money we paid.

Nice clean modern hotel on a great location, with normal sized rooms. Just in front of the old town. 3 min walk. 3 min walk to the metro and tram station. And in front of a shopping mall.

Nice hotel. The slowest elevator on earth. The rooms are small and the little tv is almost placed right under the ceiling but thats ok. It's clean and the beds are firm. Air-conditioning and good wifi. The breakfast is nothing to applaud, a dry bread and almost raw croissants. Old towels with holes. But clean. 4 stars for the location, hygiene and nice staff.

Worst hotel I have ever been. Nothing like the advertisements. The room was very small, toilet was horrible, and the towels were old. By far the worst thing was the service when asked if we can leave our luggage at reception they wanted us to pay for it. Will not recommend staying there.

As far as hotels go, this I reasonably good.
I was to give it 3 stars but the location has won it an extra star.
The room we got was looking out on the street (just across the Tesco Department Store)
It was small, but well furnished and quieter than expected (being on the street side).
As we live in Leith, Edinburgh, UK we are used to 'shenanigans' and noises from outside. I can imagine that some people may be annoyed by it. I call it local ambiance.
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are air-conditioned.
Breakfast was a buffet and provided all the essentials for either continental or full cooked. No luxurious spread.
WiFi is done 'per room' however we needed to use other room numbers to actually get a signal/connected. I actually used the Wireless signal from the Tesco across the road more often.
In all we had a reasonable to good experience and I do recommend for people that are not reliant on using the lift too often.response / report this review -

The place it's ok for the price you pay, good location too. We had a small issue, the cleaning lady came to made our bed but has forgotten to pick up the trash two days in a row. I've spoken to the reception and there were very understanding when I explained the situation.
