  I don't understand bad reviews of other people about this place. Maybe wrong expectations. Me, my Wife and 2 children we are spending here longer weekend. Aquapark is smaller but super for kids - 3 tobogans, pool with wild river and 2 "whirlpools" with warmer water. Dinner in restaurant is great - soup is on the table immediatelly after you sit, you can try one of three meals, salats and also the desert. Stuff everywhere is kind. We have room in section B, 23m2, twinbed and bunk bed for kids, bathroom+toilet - everything super clean.

  We waited very long for mediocre food while paying per hour. The cook actually went out to get groceries after having coffee first, while some of us had been waiting for 40 minutes to just order. The manager was extremely rude and even started walking away after first promising to compensate the food. After we got angry we finally got a refund for one hour, which they took 20 minutes to process.

  This aquapark is not for swimmig, more likely to have fun, or relax in sauna.

  + Free parking space, good breakfast, good location.
  
  - Seems more like a dormitory than a hotel. Rude and bored staff on the reception, all of them, to the most of regular questions they answered "i don't know"; nobody cared to give us extra bed for a child untill we asked about it, even our request has been confirmed by e-mail; reception works from 8 am till 8 pm, but you have only 1 complect of keys from the room as well as from outside door; it's possible to smoke only outside, so if you don't have keys with you, you won't even get into the building; restaurant in situated in separate building from all other dorms, that it not very pleasant; no kinds of room services in possible; aquapark is quite ok, but expansive to compare with it's quality; the same opinion about all hotel. Never come back to this hotel.
