Excellent location. The hotel is lovely - modern with minimalistic touch. I believe the staff could be more friendly at the reception as you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Lovely looking hotel.
Although full of russians & night time no entertainment.Mainly oaps here playing cards😣

Had awful room overlookin backend..very depressing!! Who wants to sit on a balcony over looking the rubbish when paid for 5 star hotel!!room also very basic not 5 star !!seen prettier travel lodges!
The outside is the best as on the beach.
Breakfast excellent.Dine around option good idea.
Would i recommendsorry no!

The hotel is located right on the beach. I have stayed here with my family for a week at the beginning of September and we were very happy with our hotel choice. The hotel offers free yoga classes twice a day on the terrace overlooking the beach (10am and 5pm ) which I have certainly taken advantage of during my stay here. They own quite a few restaurants nearby so you can have dinner in different location every day. The sun loungers allocation system works really well, so you have the same space throughout the entire duration of your holiday here.

Staying here for a week,end of sept, for a birthday treat, on arrival we where greeted by cool drinks, which after a long day was very welcoming, hotel lovely and clean very friendly staff, food lovely, went out on morning of the 23rdwhen we got back to room found a lovely bottle of wine waiting, very unexpected surprise but a lovely thought, would like to thank all management and staff

Great hotel.very friendly and hard working staff.great foodand the best bit is the sun bed allocation..no more getting up early to get sunbeds..brilliant idea guys.am still here at the minuteand will defo return.also need to give the guys a shout that runs the pool bar ( sorry can't so spell their names) Yannie. ( I think ) brilliant.the 3 guys always know wot your drinking..they are fantastic workers.🤣

Just back from a week B&B @ this fabulous hotel. Lovely breakfast, great adult only pool area no screaming kids. Excellent sunbed allocation system. Nice to be able to sit on the terrace @ night enjoying a drink & stunning sea views. Surprised only 4* hotel thought it deserved 5* rating. will definitely be back.

Hotel built at high standards. Right on the beach and very close to local shops and restaurants. We had breakfast included but it lacked imagination, culture and taste. We only dined once here and again we were disappointed. I would recommend the hotel for accommodation but I would not eat here unless they make some drastic changes to their menus.

Stayed here as a couple when attending to a wedding (of which the reception was held at this hotel), and had a very pleasant time. The food served at both the hotel and nearby restaurants was incredible, and the staff was helpful.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus :-)

Written on behalf of my elderly parents. after staying in this hotel many times they were exposed this stay to a poor shoddy service and a complete lack of care.

Messed around completely by an unhelpful reception with the simple request of a late checkout 10 days before their flight.

I can fully appreciate a full hotel however the sunrise beach didn't know if they could help my parents until the night before their travel. Surely a hotel knows whether a room is free or not. If full surely a hotel would be able to provide alternate arrangements. No just a shocking service. On contacting the hotel management on their return to the UK the hotels investigation showed obviously no fault to the hotel when really they could not have cared less about my parents stress caused by their staff.

The hotel rooms are in a poor state to. The bathroom light didn't work, the toilet flush was broken and if you dared to fill the sink with water it took 5 minutes to drain it away.

Obviously my family will never use this hotel again.

This is a nice hotel which is well priced for what you get.
We stayed at the Sunrise Pearl last year which is next door and ran by the same company.
The Sunrise Pearl is 5 star, this is 4 star. They are both nice hotels.
This hotel is getting all the room refurbished at the end of this year which will make it perfect.
After a recent review I thought it only fair to point out that whilst the Wifi is not excellent, it's better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at and does work in other areas apart from the lobby.
The lobby has recently been refurbished and is cool and modern.
There is a choice of restaurants which serve excellent food and have very friendly staff.
The beach is excellent with crystal clear waters.
We are very hard to please and were not disappointed, we have been on holidays at twice the price which were not as nice!

We have got a great holiday here. Hotel is very nice and beach is beautiful. The Fig Tree bay is a walking distance. Highly recommended.
