Nice 5 star hotel near with a nice beach by the sea. Child friendly place with playground for children. At the veach there is a motor water sport centre where u can rent waterski, surf board and similar. There are also some other nice restaurants nearby. The bus to limassol stop outside for 1,50 EUR or if you fancy there is a taxi at the hotel taking you where you fancy.

Great location, very convenient if you have to split the Nicosia or Larnaca to Limassol distance, also away from noise and traffic. Very nice and helpful staff, clean and comfortable large rooms. It worths getting the sea view room. Beautiful views to the Mediterranean sea and at Raphael marina

A typical resort offering all-inclusive deals if wanted. Public spaces are nicely renovated but the rooms are in urgent need for upgrade.
All amenities are here with pools, spa, several restaurants and bars. Great views to the marina and sea from most rooms.
Location is not perfect as it is about 15 km to Limassol town centre.response / report this review -

Visited this resort on a business trip and stayed 5 days. The people who work here go the extra mile and the buffet food is excellent for what it is. The view from the bedroom is spectacular, I would visit again with my family and happily stay here again.

Lovely hotel, clean, well-kept and with lots of friendly staff for 7 nights of all-inclusive debauchery. We had a great time & I would stay here again. Customer service is top-notch!
The range of food and drink on offer from breakfast until 11pm is fantastic. This included some of the best fish and seafood which I have eaten ever. Always a range of nice Greek salads etc great steaks and more: there is really something for everyone every day of the week.
As a couple, we stayed in a Twin Seaview room. We would’ve appreciated a double bed (requested on booking) but it wasn’t the end of the world to have two singles. Some of the furniture looked a little dated (dark wood) but it is clean, spacious, has a balcony, works just fine and the bathroom is really nice.
It was my birthday during the stay and despite not making a fuss about turning a year older we found a bottle of wine in the room on my birthday and some fresh fruits. The staff in the Captain’s Bar treated us well with small cakes on the day.
Captain’s Bar is nice at any time- and the bar staff have a great eye for detail, plus they’re talented and personable. We really appreciated their top-drawer customer service.
Not much more to wish for here:
We would like a greater range of music to be played in the Captain’s bar: for the first 5 evenings I think there were only 4 CD’s playing on repeat (Best of Michael Bublé, Best of Christina Aguilera, Best of Alicia Keys etc.) and I can only survive small doses of Bublé!
Non-motorised Water-sports should be included in all-inclusive arrangement but I was surprised to be told that I would have to pay €40 per hour to hire the Hobie Cat sailboat - even to sail solo (I’m RYA Level 2) because the ‘all-inclusive’ sailboat was broken. The water-sports staff didn’t explain why I would have to pay to use a Stand-Up Paddle-board (Bucket List item). I could still use the pedal car and kayak so all was not lost. The beach is nice too. However I was looking forward to using the watersports to the full so I’m somewhat disappointed with that aspect.
Otherwise I’d give 5* and it’s very close to being perfect we would stay again. Thanks for a great holiday!response / report this review -

Me and my family have been to the Raphael for over 9 years in a row and I have taken my boyfriend with me the past 2. We are all so amazed by their amazing hotel. The staff are always polite and are what bring us back every year.
Gabriella at the splash bar is absolutely fabulous! She gives it a warm and welcoming atmosphere and many families have close bonds with her despite not knowing her for long.
The last time we visited we arrived to the news that we had lost our hotel place due to monarch going bust. We were devastated and I couldn't contain myself. The staff were absolutely fantastic and helped us sort out another booking immediately. One of the reception staff even came out to find me because she knew I was panicking and helped to calm me down.
Brilliant service, I cannot praise this place enough.
It is our home away from home and we have close bonds with most of the staff from how many years we have been going.

Very disappointing stay. There was a wedding on both Saturday and Sunday night with a disco until 2 o'clock in the morning. The noise kept us and others awake. Then on Tuesday night we were kept awake until 4 in the morning by a company of Dutch soldiers who were on R&R. The hotel management were not interested in any complaints. I think they are making to much money from these events to be bothered about a few guests complaining.
After 10 years of going to this hotel regrettably we will not be returning in future.response / report this review -

perfect services, delicious food and selection, you miss nothing in their all inclusive programme, pleasant staff, good location on outskirts of Limassol, we enjoy it for 6 years in a row and still love it.

Food is good and a wide choice. Nice range if drinks available at all times. Pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Hotel a little tired in places so i wouldn't put it at a 5 star, rather a good 4 star hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Great staff who speak various languages. Great atmosphere with two dining halls, one for morning breakfast and lunch - a casual relaxing restraint with a view at the pool & the inner park. Another one for evening dinner - has a more luxurious atmosphere and requires a more strict outfit. Has various activities going on such as card games, swimming pools, spa and other. Behind the hotel there is a huge park where you can walk, play & lie down on a chair to relax. Would highly recommend.
