We have quite positive experience while visiting this hospital. Eleni Soteriou - young but very talented doctor was our emergency doctor , she was very attentive and made all nessesery actions to treat my middle son. He had strong headaches and she agreed with another doctor, so they open nearby MRI center to perform an MRI at night. So opened especially for us!!! Later she diagnosed precisely what was the problem, gave her recommendation and that works very well ! I would like to say many thanks to Dr Eleni Soteriou and wish her further achievements in her career. We spent a night in hospital and facilities there was quite good- nice clean and tidy rooms and new equipment. Other staff- other doctors and nurses were also quite well. All our requests were properly and timely addressed. We are very pleased with our visiting this hospital and recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed with the experience on the emergency room.
I took my 4 months child and the doctor who was on duty had to call a pediatrician from home to come to "see" my child.
She came and she didn't do anything to my babyno therapy, no prescription, not checking temperature, nothing, no solve of my problemjust to tell me that my child is sick and I need to go to the General Hospital
(I KNEW THAT, THAT'S WHY I WENT THERE) and she asked me 50 EURO (can u imagine???), she didn't even give any receipt for that and she left home. When I asked her for what I gave those money, she answer me very rude that her time costs, for the fact that she came out from her home ON FRIDAY NIGHT for the 10 minutes to tell me that I need to go to the hospital..That my child is sick and I'm worried for 50 euroAre u serious??? Really, now.this is the kind of treatment from a private Clinic doctor???? Why they didn't tell me from the beginning to go to the General Hospital???? I had to wait for this "lady" to give her 50 euro????
I've asked also the doctor who called her to come if is normal or fair what she did and her answer was: " You are right about it but I cannot do anything"
Bravo, St Raphael Clinic for your professional staff. Never go again.
AVOID this pediatrician, ELENI SOTIRIOU, avoid this clinic if u have health problem with the child and u need to be seen by a doctor

Bad service in emergency room. If u are not dying be ready to sarcastic laugh of a doctor Maria Koulova. Very unprofessional in communication with patients. I guess to be doctor u need to have as well a good heart not just education ( what i didnt see unfortunately in this woman)!

Med care not as good as other private hospitals I have stayed in by a long way , ,,,,,,food disgusting had my wife bring in food and well over priced for very poor care ,,,,,,,,,,would I use them again definitely not don't waste your money lots of other hospitals with much better care
