Not much to see to justify an entrance fee, although it's only 3 euros.

This is a rather small museum with 4 or 5 exhibit rooms pretty much covering the entire span of history up to the Ottoman period. First off there aren't actually that many exhibit. The museum has tried to make up for quality with mostly very good artefacts and a few truly exceptional pieces. Each room has a few paragraphs of description, a few of the display cabinets have additional information and a few of the exceptional pieces get even more information.

The whole visit would maybe take at most ann hour. Although small and only a few truly exciting pieces, it's well worth the money at only 3 euros. So I'm giving the museum an extra star.

Pierides Museum is a private museum dedicated to the island's archeology. The whole was stricken by the Pierides family in over 150 years. It is a small museum, a comparison with any museum in London, Paris or Berlin would be displaced. It is placed in the center of town, not far from the seafront.

Small but very interesting museum housed at the Pierides Mansion, a extremely beautiful house built in 1825 .
A reach collection from the Chalcolithic period to The Medieval one.
Ten minutes walk from the central Larnaca Finikoudes bus station
    Entrance ticket 3 euro
    Open hours: Monday to Saturday - 09:00 to 13:00, Sunday - 11:00 to 13:00

A small archaeological museum. Not one to go out of one's way to visit but if you are on the area it's worth a visit. I enjoyed my visit.

Nice museum. Quick presentation of the history of Larnaka and Cyprus. Takes around 20 mins start to finish. There is nothing here that blows your mind.

Small and quiet museum with the essence of the Helenistic and local history packed into 5 rooms. The entrance fee is 3€. There is also a small shop with pottery and cards. Highly recommended.
