Great location in Paphos, beautiful beach, nice pool, restaurant, minimarket. Big rooms with view to the ocean and pool. Good prices as well.

Very poor accomodation dirty worn out and in need of total revamp staff are friendly. I am no way posh but the people it attracts are the straight out of Jeremy Kyle Advice pay a few euros more and stay somewhere else ..I travel a lot eastern Europe and have stayed in some old accomodation but this is the worst I've ever stayed for being dirty and unkept

Stayed there on a all inclusive food choice limited but good for the money only problem was it was not hot enough buffet style, staff very friendly and helpful ran out of beer one day then orange juice the next day then butter or marg the next day, staff were as helpful as they could be there was only one person on and they had to work bar and restaurant at same time, apartment was crawling with ants in kitchen and bathroom areas, hotel was very quiet could do with buying another toaster for breakfast time only did 2 slices and took 5 mins so it was a race for toast every day, alot of cats in area of hotel one day my Mrs was on a lounger enjoying the sun and this cat jumped on her don't no who got the biggest fright her or the cat, good location for the kart in track and adventure golf about 20 mins walk away from hotel,

I have read quite a few of the negative reviews on here. I am afraid it is very true. I don't understand why they have so many cats roaming around the place. The food is terrible. There is no variety food wise. I don't often criticise but this is one I have to warn anyone who is thinking of using this resort to look elsewhere. I got here on 19/02/18, the food is bland and basic. There's more fat than meat. Other places I've been to, you are allowed to take your own drinks, not here. The juice machine is covered after breakfast, same with the coffee machine. I brought my family (5 of us) and they are not enjoying the experience after a night. Paphos is nice but steer well clear of the Panareti Resort Hotel. Building need to be dragged into the 21st century. We also had to change rooms after a night. No hot water, no heating, phone to reception wasn't working, black ants crawling by bedside and a 1990 style television which didn't work. After a complaint, I was upgraded to another room which was marginally better than the first.

Stayed here with my son 6 th to 16 th December, reception staff friendly and helpful, as were dining room staff , unfortunately that’s as good as it gets , rooms filthy , broken electric sockets, bulbs that did not work , stains in bath. We were all exclusive , dining room seemed clean , however food the worse I’ve ever come across more fat than meat, dried out salad reused from previous days , monotonis selection , same dessert choices every night , only allowed to use coffee machine at breakfast , then covered over with cloth the rest of day , though they did ask if you would like a drink. Worse was to come came home to discover , some presents missing from suitcase and expensive perfume missing , I had left my suitcase open with presents under clothes on day cleaners were in, I have no proof apart from knowing what I definitely put the presents there, so not much I can do ,I can find a direct website to the place . Anyway will not go back . Though Cyprus was lovely

Food rubbish the whole place needs updating and a good clean location is nice and not to far out of way im not a fussy person just like cleanest and this place needs a really good clean.

Breakfast - nothing really nice, typical british poor breakfast , coffe -most poor taste of chemical coffee from powder , room - no hot water - lookwarm only . But for this price Everythink else was good .

Cant get any worse. Rooms very outdated , doord dont shut including toilet door , electrical sockets cracked, crumbling walls , basin not sealed all silicone dried out. TV not working and nobody to repair it when you ask. Telephone not connected to the reception. WiFI if you are lucky. Food , dont even want to talk about , but you need to know. Reused previous day food mostly. A choice between chicken and pork with cold chips and white rice as a side. Desert apple , orange and gelly but not at the same time. If you have been very unlucky to have booked the holiday already do not despare. The beds have new mattreses , the staff are really frendly and mostly British and you will be near the beah.

Room 358 and 244. We have had a fantastic week. Apparts clean and very roomy, maids very friendly and good at there job.
Reception Staff most helpful and friendly .

Food varied and fresh.

Pool excellent.

We will come back.

Excellent value for money.

I'm here at panareti paohos resort, its our last day of a weeks stay after reading lots of reviews we were very worried..! Was even thinking of booking into another hotel once we got here if it was so terrible..! But gladly this was not the case as id taken into account what we paid, the hotel is very clean and has a traditional feel to it, the staff are lovely people and you couldn't want for a better location as it is set within a minute of the sea and a beautiful 10mins stroll to the town, our room very spacious and cleaned everyday we went self-catering so cant speak for the food, the pool is very clean and well maintained although water very cold, I would recommend this quaint traditional hotel to anyone .

Terrible! Needs maintenance on the rooms! Stuff hanging off the walls! Outside bar shut all the time! Had to keep walking a mile to get a drink! Had a load of cats hovering over my food! Felt like I was fighting with the cats to eat every morning! I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

Booked two rooms,with a request for adjoining, ground floor and they full filled it. Both were clean and tidy. Every thing was there and working for a self catering holiday with no issues. The rooms are spacious but dated. Bathrooms are practical but small. Staff friendly and help full. Despite some of the horror stories i have read on various sites, we had no issues and enjoyed our stay.
