We stayed 5 nights at the hotel, 2 nights in superior garden view room and other 3 nights in superior sea view room. Everything was almost perfect, staffs were friendly, all facilities were great. However the wall between the rooms was so thin you could hear people talking! We requested to upgrade our room to superior sea view, unfortunately it didn't help. To be fair, that's the only down side of the hotel.

Great stay. We enjoyed the hotel, the facilities, friendliness and the service level of staff. Area for improvement is ventilation in the room. Air conditioning does not work very well.

We came for a short wedding stay.

The hotel services were outstanding, way better than most 5 star hotels around the world that we've visited.

Definitely will return and visit the hotel again in the future !

Reception and breakfast staff were nice and helpful, good selection at breakfast.

Rooms were lovely. The only thing I would have personally liked is for the lighting to have been brighter, or had dimmer switches so that you could regulate how bright you like to have your room. But that is my personal opinion, as I like bright rooms. The bathroom was the brightest room of all.

We had loads of fun here. Great beach, great service - strongly recommend their Traditional Village Salad. My only problem was the loud music from the restaurant in the evening.

Great resort with a nice pool with small additional one for children, small slide with pool also for children. The beach is just great. Nice breakfast and good staff around.

Best Hotel ever!!! Got great service for Room whenever something broke down. Got breakfast lunch and dinner all in the hotel, a gym for anyone and even a toddlers and little kids room. Recommended to anyone and everyone. Got room service, bring food to your room, services 5 star. I even like they have got a few shops in the hotel! Amazing! Superb and hope we go here again next time!

A very weak start: Debited my banking card two times, no third bed prepared, room was not cooled down in the middle of summer, run down (but clean) room Cross my fingers to have the rest of the stay at a better level.
The room service guy was very helpful and did great late night sandwiches:-P

My sister & I booked The Palm Beach Hotel & Bungalows as we were attending a wedding in Cyprus & needed a comfortable base for our 1 week stay.
We were given room 315 which had a great view of the sea & pool. Our twin beds were comfy & we had tea making facilities & a mini bar in our room. Air con worked well & was a must in the heat !
Breakfast was plentiful & included hot & cold choices. Very busy in the breakfast rooms after 9am. We didnt have evening meals at the hotel as we were out each night. The staff in the main bar area were great and there is a Sushi menu which we tried once & enjoyed.
Pool area was clean & we were able to find sunbeds & umbrellas each morning. Beach is part sand & stone. Shallow warm water makes it ideal for children.
There are a few restaurants locally but for a greater choice we went into Larnaca town.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the staff were friendly & helpful. Would recommend Palm Beach for a relaxing break.

The hotel is located 15 mins away from the Larnaca Marina. So if you don't have a car, you might be relying a lot on taxis because there's not much around the hotel. The beach shore behind the hotel is great and less crowded than the Marina, and the rooms with a sea view has an amazing sunrise experience. The food is delicious although for 3 days it was the same food. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little sound proofed but you can hear neighbors laughing.

My wife and I spent 10 weeks over the winter at the Palm Beach Hotel which was very comfortable and clean. We found the staff and service excellent they catered for every request in a speedy and professional manor. The food was varied and very good. We would have no problem in highly recommending this hotel to anyone

The service was great. We were only there for two days and were extremely happy with our room and the hotel as a whole. We had the most gorgeous sunrise from our balcony and the room was small and very comfortable. At night we read reviews about a restaurant nearby and asked the receptionist for directions, she gave us the directions and we had asked if she had any better recommendations for a place to eat and we couldn't have been more pleased with her recommendation. She directed us to Vlachos which is a 12 minute walk from the hotel and had amazing food. The next day we had checked out and still had hours before our flight, the receptionist in the morning allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel safely while we went out to do some sightseeing. I would definitely like to go there again during the warmer season to experience the hotel in a more lively period.

We are dissatisfied by their manner regarding customer services and they kept insisting that we have used the mini bar , which we have not used it, also the room was not clean and had ants in it. It was discusting.
