I haven't stayed at the hotel but have visited many times. This is not a 5 star hotel but gets a 5 star review from me for the utter cleanliness and great staff not to mention the owner Marios and his charming wife Sue. The hotel is across the road from the beach with unobstructed views of the sea. You are also two minutes walk from the very hip Mackenzy Beach and it's restaurants and night life.

Had a superb week here. Sea view, rooms kept spotlessly clean, friendly reception staff. We stayed on bed & breakfast, the breakfast was nothing to shout about, but perfectly acceptable considering the budget price we paid. Would we stay again ? Yes, definitely 🍻

Great view. Right next to the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English and Greek. Hotel is neat, but could use some renovation in the restaurant. Breakfast is very local, with not much choices (1 kind of cheese, 2 kinds of turkey, toast, eggs, butter and coffee/tea). Make sure to book a high floor room so that you can see the sea in front of you. The view is nice in the morning. Very close to Larnaca International Airport. 10 minutes by taxi. 15 mins by bus. Taxi costs 15 euros from the airport. No idea about the bus, but probably around 2 euros. Reception available 24/7. They also have a huge restaurant and a bar. There's also a gym which is very close. And the hotel is 20 minutes walking from the centre of the town.

It an okey hotel.
Location it good, especially if you have a car. Even thought u can walk to the center. Trip will take about 20-30 min or so.
Breakfasts are also nice. Fresh vegetables and fruits are great.
Rooms are clean, at the same time nothing special. Probably you won't be willing to stay there for very long time, except sleep.

Horrible place to say. We were put there by cheapskate WizzAir due to delay of flight. It best we stayed in airport instead. Very noisy in the night, dim light in rooms. Windows from MacKenzie block of hotel (marked with leading M as room number) have view of opposite wall instead of MacKenzie beach area as one would think.

Terrible. Had to sleep outside due to them not having the room ready on time. They didnt even give us a spare room to use even if we offered to pay. The so called "pool" on the roof has moss and mould growing all around it. It is dirty. In the reception I genuinely saw a cockroach walking by and the staff are very impolite. Despite this, it is positioned well with all the good restaurants down the road, a beach opposite the road and a nice view from some of the room (the minority). However, these factors do not cancel out the other factors and it remains disappointing.

The beach is directly in front of the Hotel, thats the best I can say about it. When we opened our Room for the first time a Bat flew around it. The Breakfast was disgusting and there were many Problems with the Keycards for the Rooms. E.g. it is possible to get a second Card but this deactivates the first one an nobody told us. On the second day the air conditioner leaked water over the Bed. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel at all.

The room was ok. There was a porch and all which was a plus but the room overall seemed to be on the older side. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly rich of choices but the dining area was so hot and humid because they did not have the a/c on. Overall I would stay here again if I had to since the price was reasonable and the location was pretty ideal beach side and all restaurants nearby.

Run down, Soviet-looking decor, tepid water, no shuttle to the airport restaurant service very slow, doesn't take cards! Thin walls, loud parties, €15 taxi to airport, smoky air. Nylon sheets.

We don't have too good experience.. When we reserved we were told it 'll be a sea view room. We see the neighburing building.. And if we go to the balcony the sea as well.. The food is ok ish.. The breakfast is the same every morning but the dinner is changing and sometimes it's nice. The Staff was not too helpful ever and we think it's a cypriot thing. But the room it's clean just like the hotel. The bar on the top floor is closed but I guess it's because of its February..

Great location, right on the beach and pretty closed to the city as well as to the airport. - Very helpful and friendly staff. Large and clean apartments.
Excellent price/ performance ratio!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo Beach Hotel!
