Worst tour organiser I have ever encountered. Provided my card information when made the booking, but they did not show up at the pick-up point. I called them many times while I was waiting of the bus, but no one answered the phone call. Finally there was someone with a really numb voice and telling me it was too early. Hhhhh, are you kidding me? It was almost half an hour after the pick up already. Came back home and figured out that the credit card was charged and still NO REFUND at all. The funny thing was, actually, they were accusing the driver right now while shunting when I mentioned of refund.
