Very lovely place to stay for a vacation)
Not far from the beach and airport. From airport you can get there by bus 612, stop near hotel Alexander the Great and go across the road straight along supermarket and car rent offices.

And of course swimming pool is awesome)

The apartment was unprepared to receive guests. The first thing we had to do was airing, the bad smell disappeared after two days. Then cleaning the sunbeds and cleaning the blinds. On the first night of our stay, a large cockroach appeared in the middle of the living room.
Much of the equipment needs to be replaced. The bathrooms lack basic issues like towel hooks. After two days of stay, the bathtub drain began to clog. In the morning, you have to wait a long time for the appearance of warm water. It is very difficult to adjust the water temperature - it is either cold or very hot.
The air conditioning is noisy. It was not stated in the offer that it would turn off automatically after two hours.
On the positives - nice pool with well-kept surroundings, good location of the facility, very decent internet with internet TV. Shaded parking spaces right at the entrance to the apartment.
The standard of the apartment did not meet my expectations, mainly due to the dirt and the condition of the equipment. I will not recommend this place.

Have stayed in apartments in Limnaria Gardens regularly since 2008. Always very satisfied with standard and cleanliness of apartments and facilities in local area.

Nice large apartments with great balconies, well kitted out with international TV, wifi etc. The complex has a couple of good pools and plenty loungers. Go for a pool facing apartment, much nicer. If you have a fear of cats, maybe give this whole area a miss as it seems to be overrun with feral cats, not an issue for me though.

Decent for the money however if you stay on the ground floor end block apartments, where you have window access from the side ally ways. YOU WILL GET ROBBED. The cleaners are in before you arrive and leaving the side windows closed but not locked, they are coming in from the ally ways when you have dropped all your luggage off and are away to get something to eat. They KNOW ALL THE SAFE CODES so dont think this will stop them. Incase your wondering, I stayed on the 1st floor from 24th - 7th of April and within 1 week, my in laws has all their money taken from the safe, using the system i mentiond earlier, a couple on the same block but at the opposite end, had their daughters money stolen from their handbags and by the pool I mentiond to a couple that this had been going on, that day they removed any money from the safe and THAT SAME NIGHT, they attempted to rob them but left empty handed ! IF YOU DO GO HERE, REQUEST A 1ST FLOOR, DONT LEAVE ANY MONEY IN YOUR SAFE AND CHECK ALL WINDOWS ARE CLOSED OVER AND LOCKED WITH HANDLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE AT NIGHT!! I WILL NOT RETURN

Lovely complex. Pool area is beautiful. Our apartment was great, everything modern and clean. 2 of the ground floor apartments our friends where staying in at break-ins with cash and jewellery stolen !

Staying in a 1 bedroom apartment. Very spacious very clean well equipped. Pool is lovely clean and water is good temp. Gardens are very well kept. All in all lovely place to stay for a self catering holiday

Great place. Ground floor apartments the ones to go for. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, the harbour etc. 2euro on the bus to airport!

The pool area is fantastic! It is clean and nice. The apartments standard is good, with a big balcony and bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave oven, a frige with a freezer and a washing machine. The apartment is soundproof. It's situated near town, beaches and restaurants. We loved to stay here. 💖

We've stayed at various apartments at Limnaria Gardens over the years and have always enjoyed it. The gardens and pools are well-maintained and the location is a very short walk from the sea-front and promenade. The resort is looking very slightly tired now, hence the 4 start review - but I would still recommend it to new visitors.

Lovely complex, near some excellent restaurants. Well tended garden and pool area. Perfect for young families with baby pool and two other bigger pools. Much more room than some I have seen in the area. Mini market very close. Pathos is a large town with busy tourist harbour area 10 minute walk away.

Limnaria is perfectly placed and beautifully laid out. It has two pools and plenty of space for everyone, even when all apartments are full. It's a short walk to the harbour and an even shorter one to the beach. The apartments are all well equipped and looked after. For self catering I don't think you'll find better in Paphos.
