Same food every single day(very disgusting),bad service,Asking for anything money (safe, snooker, pool towels), poor location and gym all the time closed,there is no hot water in the bath!
Personally I can handle everything but eat a potato every day with juice and flavored concentrate that makes heartburn impossible to forget This is the limit !, the internet works only in the lobby, the pool does not column and its depth is only 1.5m, why the hell drinking at lunch should cost 4 euros per bottle ?? I highly recommend not to think about getting to the hotel!!!

You get what you pay for in this case. The amenities and the hotel is old but maintained and clean. The breakfast is average and they don't have decaf.

Is it possible to give less than one star? Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Found bed bugs on the pillow and on the mattress on the first so went down to complain. Decided I didn't want to stay as I worry it may be in all the rooms as they were very old and obviously hadn't been updated in many many year. Was told I was lying as you don't get bedbugs in December and refused to look at the evidence. The senior manager (owner?) refused to give a refund and the proceeded to started screaming and shouting at us. A chef and manager dragged the owner away who proceeded to keep screaming at us. Highly aggressive, incredibly unprofessional. We left (or kicked out depending on your point of view) without a refund. So we have probably lost out money but would rather sleep on the beach that stay in that infested hotel.

Old Tatty Hotel

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The pictures you see on the net are something and the inside is something else.

The hotel is dated from the inside, ACs don't cool much and carpets need changing. Everything about the hotel is old. The hotel lounge and restaurant are about the only part that is good.

The entertainment in the hotel in the evening is suited for old people (sing-a-longs) and all that. Didn't bother to try the food in the restaurant.

Tip: The sea view from the upper floors is good if you insist on staying there. Otherwise, go somewhere e

Hotel is a classic hotel on the Cyprus. Normal room and good dishes. Hotel has a pool and 2 time of the werk we have a live music. We like it.

Friendly people, always there to help you. Breakfast not bad. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels to. Only one thing I can not stand, to many cats.

Some of the staff were friendly the food was terrible the overall running of the hotel was confusing if you have to leave the hotel you have to give them your keys they don't provide you with basics such as an iron in your room or ironing board not even a fridge they were all available at a charge of 5 euros a day . This hotel is out to make money out of you every which way even at half board you had to pay for the drinks for the meal your entitled to. Would never recommend stayed here for 10 days . The only plus side there is air con in the room because the free wifi they give you everyday does not work or stops working while using it so it's not even worthwhile . Even when the router is outside your door.

I stayed here for a seminar and I have to say everything was great- the staff was very friendly and the food was good. The rooms had amazing views and the pool and rooms were really clean. It is located a little outside the city center which is perfect for a relaxing holiday time or a good working atmosphere on a seminar. The beach is like 1 minute walk away and there are very nice cafes around there. I would come here again for a holiday!
