My stay at the hotel was below average and does not deserve their 4 stars. The food was basic and house keeping was inconsistent. However the gym in the basement and the female gym instructor was so rude it made me never to book a room or go to that hotel ever again. I basically wanted to have a look around the gym as I had never been there before. I was not dressed to do a workout as I was in jeans a shirt and flip flops. Anyone with a brain could see I had no intention to use the gym. The owner or main guy who runs the gym was equally just as ignorant when I asked if it was ok to have a look at the equipment but it was the woman who works there who had not seen me speak to the guy who was around the back and completely over reacted in the most rudest disrespectful way and basically flipped out for no reason in saying "I could not use the gym in jeans and sandals!" Even when I explained to her that I was only looking, she was not listening and did not want to listen. I will never ever come back to this average hotel and very very rude staff.

Only ever used the pool and the facilities around the pool side are great helpful staff and payable for non-residents €5 to €10 (inc a drink) per-person. Music played is really modern but not too loud. Drink averagely priced for pool pricing. The hotel is situated 20-30mins away from the beach (one straight road down hill) there are buses no.21 that can take you to the mall just at the end of the road and a bus from Ajax to the beach but never saw this number pass. There is a bike rental service pay as you go with next bike and highly recommend this as you can cycle to from hotel. To be fair it is a good hotel and with charging for locals does not bring too many people from surrounding area in.

Here on a business trip, very nice hotel,
Clean & spacious room. Nice continental breakfast.
AC works great and cools the room.
Pluming should be improved a bit as the water might turn from hot to cold erratically.
And there are some nice restaurants in the area.
Would definitely stay here again

Rooms are ok, but with uncomfortable foam pillows and the temperature control doesn't work great. Attached indoor pool is warm but tiny, outdoor pool is not heated. Restaurant dinner buffet is terrible, but breakfast is ok.
