Was many years ago now but the place was super chic, very clean and the staff were great.
Little expensive at the time but it does feel more up market.

Nicely redecorated rooms with friendly efficient service. Food served is good as well. It's not located on the beach and perhaps it's the only drawback. However it's not a big issue as it's merely few minutes walk for the nearest beach.

Napa Mermaid Hotel and Suites

Simply GREAT!
I would highly recommend this hotel for vacation, relaxing holidays in summer but also in winter time! Very warm atmosphere, excellent deco, very clean, awsome suites, cool bar, delicious and richly presentable food, and amazing value for money! One of the best hotels in Cyprus and the best in Ayia Napa by far! We love our stay here every single time we stay here; whether for a weekend or long vaccation! Well done to all the staff and especially management for making our stay always memorable!

Wow what a find, best place I have stayed in at Ayia Napa it's so clean and food is perfect. But the staff is unbelievable nothing is not any trouble and so friendly worth 10 stars if I could!

It will always be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We upgraded to a suite and the room was spacious with a view. It has a bath and a seperate toilet. Very clean and comfy. varierty of choices for breakfast and very fulfilling. In terms of location it's perfect. There was always something going on atvthe hotel in terms of entertainment. The pool is clean and not crowded. Highly recommended.

I've stayed here many times - the service is without compare. So, they don't offer all-night room-service it's the only reason this hotel is not five star rated. Superb and I'll be returning soon.

Excellent, clean facilities that are a 5 minute taxi ride to the city center. Food could have been better, especially breakfast. Most of the staff was really polite and friendly. TIP: avoid the old receptionist (chara) she is really grumpy

Perfect location to allow you to choose when / if you want the 'buzz' of Ayia Napa centre. Amazing beach across the road. Fab buffet - go half board. Double rooms with sea view or junior suites with sea view are best.

Good hotel with nice pool and tasty dinner buffet. Though our room was not modernised and looked quite old compared to other rooms of the hotel. 3 min walk to the beach.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. Quiet, clean, really nice sea views. Location is great: Loads of restaurants and bars only short walk. So close enough to enjoy the nightlife without being surrounded by all the party people :-)

This hotel is terrific. Tremendous sea-view. Extremely well maintained public areas, the pool and bar area is heaven. The local staff are extraordinarily helpful and down to earth. Location is very good, easy access by foot to the center of town but far enough to get a good night's sleep. Only criticism would be the food, breakfast options are ample but the quality leaves room for improvement. Buffet dinner was pretty dry but fortunately there are plenty of other restaurant options close-by.

Wonderful Experience!
The staff is amazing and extremely nice and helpful. The pool and facilities are great. The rooms (we were staying at the suit) was very spacious and clean.
The only small(Very small) downsize is the key. The hotel uses an old key (really old) instead of a key-card. I'm nitpicking because there is little to none of bad things to say. Please keep in mind the hotel is located approximately 10 - 15 minutes of walk to the city centre, or 5 minutes by taxi.
