OK you have to pay for using the fridge (to put your own drinks in) and the safe. That irritating, but I guess these guys have cracked the tourist trade.
I was not a fan of the buffet-only arrangement. The guys at breakfast looked bored, like they didn't want to be there or help you, but were never actually rude.
Except for that it was literally what you'd expect a four star to be - but only just!! Cocktail bar guys and reception ladies were brilliant, loved them!

This is a great hotel with good facilities. The outdoor pool is great for adults and children, the beach is a stone throw away. The all inclusive food is fantastic. The best food I have experienced in an all inclusive package. Friendly staff and a modern hotel. If you book and stay here you will not be disappointed.

I have been in this Hotel 3 times and it's a great place to spend your vacation. The accomodations have been renovated and are now modern.
The Restaurants are top Quality as is the new Poolarea. With the sandbeach just 30 meters in front of the Hotel you have acces to one of the nicest Sandbeaches of Ayia Napa.

Замечательный отель, хорошее питание, один из лучших пляжей в Айя-напе. Жили на территории апартаментов - очень спокойное место со своим бассейном, находится в метрах 60 от основного корпуса. В 2016 году территорию апартаментов обновили: новый ландшафт, зеленая трава, кусты и деревья, покрасили корпуса, сделали на балконах стеклянные ограждения. Не помешал бы ремонт и в номерах.

Very clean and contemporary. Rooms large with walk in shower and large balcony. Breakfast very good, not as much choice as some nearby hotels but perfectly adequate. Pool bars very good. Evening bar service a little slow but just order yourself at the bar if you've been waiting for the waitress for a while. All staff very polite and friendly. Always plenty of loungers from mid afternoon although you need to get up and reserve one before breakfast for the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Отель не стоит тех денег что за него берут
Отельчик очень среднеький и не очень чистый.
Кормят приемлемо но однообразно.
Персонал не внимательный и не следит за безопасностью.
Со стороны пляжа на территорию проникают маргинальные личности и мешают отдыхать!

Ich verbrachte bereits das 4. Mal meinen Urlaub in diesem Hotel. Die Anlage liegt an einem sehr schönen Platz, nicht allzuweit vom Zentrum entfernt. Zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Das Personal ist freundlich und äußerst bemüht. Das Essen ist sehr gut.
Allerdings gibt es in diesem Hotel kein gratis-WiFi, wird heutzutage schon in fast jedem Lokal gratis angeboten. Die Kosten dafür sind nicht zumutbar und die Verbindung ist schlecht. Sollte dies behoben werden, können es 5 Sterne werden.
Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre und ich werde sicher wieder hinreisen.
