This hotels staff actually make your holiday. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The amination team are best, lovely bunch of people, well done.
Also there are two other people I would like to mention, first Jan, this lady is so professional and welcoming. The other lady is Steffanie, she is the best. If you want a lovely cocktail go to her, she knows them all. she will also make up the drinks as she goes just tell her your favourite drink and she will think what you can mix it with ! Steffanie is so friendly, a lovely lady.
Food, sunbeds, rooms, pools everything about this hotel is lovely. We will return soonresponse / report this review -

Have had an amazing holiday here,there's nothing I could fault in any way,very clean hotel,food amazing,the staff are so polite and well presented and good at their jobs,happy people who work in the hotel,entertainment staff are lovely and do an amazing job always happy in their job,and great with people who stay in the hotel,would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in whilst on their holiday,If we come back to cyprus would stay again at this hotel,sad to leave this beautiful place,but happy to always be back home with family,thankyou all so much for an amazing holiday and experience in your hotel 😊

Lovely place with great surroundings. Staff are attentive and will go out there way for you. The entertainment staff are very entertaining 👍

Popped in for look as we were staying at the Louis Pheathon hotel and wanted to see if all Louis hotels were as good as ours.
It was smaller but still very nice.

Second visit just finished. Love this place! Beautiful pool and surroundings. Food the best we've ever had on all inclusive. Very friendly staff. Only negative (and its not a biggie for most people on holiday)was the gym. Needs gutted.

absolutly legendary! loved all of it room was comfy and brilliant! Food was delicious, pool was nice and at the right depth (although my little brother couldn't stand up without the water in his mouth)

Ok hotel, rooms are clean, some mold and ants in the bathroom. Most of the food from the buffet is cold or lukewarm. Every day there is a different dining theme, so the food ( only in the evening) changes.
Beach starts Sandy but end in rocks, Notting correct footwear couldn't solve, nice sea for snorkeling.response / report this review -

The best package holiday I've ever had. Made the loveliest friends, enjoyed the best food at whatever time of day I fancied and drinks were spot on. Service and cleanliness was second to none. I'm looking to go back next year because I loved it so much and I've never wanted to go back anywhere before at 47 years old. Everything was perfect even the characters of the staff were perfect.

lovely location, warm welcome when we arrived with nibbles and drinks.
rooms clean and bright, all staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Christina who gave us so much info about Cyprus and places to go, really lovely person.
food had a great choice and was always hot, gardens beautiful, plenty of sunbeds, lovely sea view, clear water, and a beautiful sunset every night.

What a fantastic holiday we have had at this hotel. The staff could not have been more welcoming even at the late hour of our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from the reception, the bar the restaurant or the room cleaners. Julia who was cleaning our room each day was so friendly and helpful, taking extra trouble when she realised that it was our golden wedding anniversary. The food was exceptional. Such good variety and always hot. As soon as we sat down someone was there to ask what we required and the service was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again if we return to Cyprus

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Food wonderful and varied catering for all dietary requirements. Rooms spotless. Very relaxing from the moment we walked through the main doors. Thanks to all the Reception, bar, cleaning and restaurant staff for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent hotel for our needs.Food delicious, healthy and varied. Rooms spotless. Service excellent and staff efficient, friendly and polite. May not suit people looking for high level of evening entertainment.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 10 years the food is fantastic and there is a wide variety of choice. The staff are very friendly and always very helpful.This is the cleanest hotel i know staff are always cleaning day and evening.Lots of activities or just relax if you choose and of course the added bonus of the lovely weather and beautiful scenery. You wont be dissapointed if you opt to book this hotel.
