Amazing hotel. Staff are so attentive and lovely, can't help enough. The facilities are spot on. Food is out of this world. Everything u could possibly want but made with the best ingredients and quality. Would deffinetly return myself .

Excellent staff, looked after very well. Best entertainment we've seen for a long time, including everybody they can. Meals varied and very good. Good amount offered in general, beautiful breakfasts, dinners with a great amount there. Wouldn't hesitate in going back.

Very large but OK. Food is good and drink all day if go all inclusive which is recommended. Some pools closed May - Oct so bear that in mind. Weather in Feb ok for shorts but some rainy days. Good base for trips and close to airport. We will be coming back.

Incredible food and all the staff are really nice. Only complaint that where our room was, it was very noisy, but I've heard that other places around the hotel aren't noisy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Here now, when we checked in our original room was a little noisy asked at reception if they had a quieter room we were taken to see another room and moved with no hassle. Nice food & good choices. Staff very very attentive & table service in bar area. Clean rooms and common areas. Would recommend definitely a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Well worth a visit!

Great all inclusive hotel.
Fantastic food and drink choices.
Superb staff and very welcoming.
2 big outdoor pools that were cold in November.
Plenty of loungers by the pool so was no need to go out in the middle of the night to throw a towel over one even though some did.
Pool bar serving drinks.
An indoor pool that was nice and warm and an even warmer Jacuzzi. Gym with machines and free weights and a few running machines.
Also spa treatments for an extra payment.
Daytime activities - archery, shuffle board, quizzes, killer darts and Zumba.
Loads of choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks available between meal times and alcoholic drinks served from 10am until midnight.
A shop in the foyer selling sunglasses and inflatables for the pool etc and a selection of British newspapers available.
Would definitely go back as we really enjoyed it.response / report this review -

Very clean. Lovely staff. Ssmall rooms, bathrooms and balconies. Food not as good as it was but still ok. Sun loungers awfully uncomfortable, no matters, and many broken. My disabled friendly has to sit on harmless dining chair by the pool because loungers so bad. Very poor facilities for disabled. Entertainment team great. Tuesday bar entertainment appalling, man can't play, doesn't know words and can't sing anyway.

What an amazing place. Pools and slides are amazing. Rooms clean and fresh looking. The service is fantastic. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Also the entertainment team kept the kids busy day and night.

Great Family Resort, food is great for AI, perfect wedding venue & holiday with young families. best kids pool we've seen.
Great entertainment team keeping the day full from morning till late at night. Staff are great, reception/food halls/ bars/ maids.

It is a nice family resort. Loved it , friendly workers and entertainment. Dining was 5* snacks all day outside . I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday.

Just retuned from a fantastic weeks holiday. The hotel, the food and drink, all of the staff in the in every department from the bottom to the top were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much effort from arrival and check in to departure. Definitely looking forward to return.
