The building, rooms, doors, parking in reality are much smaller than in the official plan, which the company submitted to government. There is an awful lot of poor quality work and attempts to save budget on construction, for which we all pay dearly. They dug up - 1 floor where the river passes. We have a pool of underground water. Avoid.

You know perfectly well that everything that is written is true. How it happened that the government allowed you to build - this is a very big question. Yes, you are right, the building is falling apart. I understand that you are very angry and want this comment not to be. But I am also very angry that I have to pay very dearly for someone else's irresponsibility and negligence.

If there are any concerns about buying a property in Cyprus I would suggest you approach Christiana Alexandrou of Cyprus Dream Homes of Larnaca.
From start to finish you will be impressed with the seamless service provided by Christiana and her staff. Every step is adequately explained and all steps of purchase/rental communicated. All costs are also agreed prior to a transaction.
Importantly, access to Christiana is very good with telephone calls answered immediately or replied to when suggested.

The best Real estate company in Larnaca and in Cyprus, I could not recommend more.
