  Very good.You will be surprised how far you can go with the local bus company.It's cheap,E1.50 for a single journey and E5 euro per day.Better still is the weekly 7 day pass for E20 euros,but you will have to buy the 7 day at the bus station.The greet and meet girls are really good.If you want to ventofurther afield the intercity buses will get you to nicosia,limassoll and larnaca for silly money.You.catch the local bus to caravella,another bus station in paphos to board the bus.5.5.2018 now and the staff had gone on strike because they hadn't been paid.We can't do politics but i agree.If an employer didn't pay me on time the trust disappears very quickly.You can take a bus journey to some isolated locations,and some buses are mini buses.The excursioecompanies are good to at very reasonable prices and very comprehensive trips.With these options i saw a lot of cyprus during my 2 week holiday and have no complaints.They are a much needed lifeline.

  There is a displayed timetable with all departure. A lot of lines go to turistic places in Cyprus.

  Welcoming and professional staff answer enquiries and book excursions, and they were looking after customers speaking Greek, English and Russian. Free route maps. But the fifth star is for exceptional service when something went wrong. I left my bag on a bus, bemused by a temporary terminus - - the route variation was caused by roadworks. I realised at once and waited for the next bus, and explained my folly to the driver. In English. He got on his mobile, and I rode that bus to the bus station. Long story short, my bag was returned to me 67 minutes after I left it.

  This is the best, clearest and cleanest bus-station I've come across in all of Cyprus. ;) There is staff available to help you find your bus and they speak perfect English. There are folders, screens and all sorts of ways to find information. Very safe also.

  It has a decent waiting area inside with the times of the next buses coming up. Not spectacular, but definitely not the worst. Shame Papfos (or other Cyprus cities) don't offer free transfers within an hour or so. You have to pay 1.50 euros each time you take a bus.
