  If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Cyprus; look no further, period.
  The high quality photographs and video on their web site were amazing and convinced us to book some viewings. From our first contact with Diane, we realised that we had chosen the right agent. Diane was so helpful and advised us about our potential viewing choices. We were shown round several properties by Christos; he made us feel totally at ease, he was patient and very professional, answering any questions that we had. Our choice was made and Diane was there again, helping with the negotiating process, which was concluded successfully. What makes things even better, is that Diane is always there, at the end of the phone, should you ever need her; nothing is too much for this lovely lady
  We have now completed on our home in Cyprus and thanks to the team at Cyprus101, our dream has just become a reality. Thank You all so much. Helena and David Sage

  Probably the best real estate agency I was dealing with in Cyprus, professional, yet kind, Diane always take time to talk or explain things. Our viewing with agent was very efficient, agent knew all the answers, really prepared and honest.

  If you are looking for an estate agent who is honest and trustworthy, easy to deal with, acts promptly on all your requests, understands your needs as a customer and all done with the highest level of professionalism then look no further! In the last number of months we have both sold and bought property through Cyprus 101 and could not recommend them highly enough. Christos and Diane are fantastic, up to date with everything that is going on and will go above and beyond to make sure the whole process runs smoothly. If you are looking to purchase a property in Cyprus or interested in putting your property on the market then I would highly recommend you give them a call!
