The crystal springs beach hotel is kid friendly with great entertainment every night. The staff can't do enough for you. Great selection of food for adults and children. Rooms are to a high standard and very clean some tv channels in English 🙂 even get a house coat and slippers.
Beach on site two pools and hot tub. Free beach towels with room card. and bus stop at front of hotel. Very happy fab weather and great hotel.response / report this review -

I have been visiting this hotel for years. Staff are great. The grounds are well kept and clean and there are great views of the bay. Worth a visit.

Wonderful holiday this October (2017) - relaxed atmosphere, friendly hard-working staff, hotel and grounds were well kept, in a great location as long as you're happy being away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Protaras. Protaras is only a bus ride away should you feel the need.

Excellent well run hotel, excellent food, staff, service.
Cascading subtropical gardens leading down to a beach.
Quiet location. Or was. Currently a problem with a noisy bar that does not respect the location. Hopefully it gets shut down.

Our 5 stars for 4* hotel category with gr8 food, refular animation programs, nice beach for kids and beautiful surroundings. Silent place and night live reachable by walk just around the corner.

The hotel is located right on the beach. I have a great deal with hotel staff, theay are really kind. Great food. In front of the hotel is a beautiful exotic garden with a swimming pool. Rooms are clean. The bus stop is right behind the hotel.

Well maintained and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great beach and lovely views. We are only bed and breakfast but breakfast is varied and very good.

I had the worst experience ever in a hotel. I chose this hotel over other hotels because they said they would have internet in all the areas of the hotel. Non of my devices connected to their wifi in the room, lobby, dining area etc and I had some urgent emails to respond to. When I asked the receptionist what was going on she was very rude and I was willing to pay for the internet if need be. The room was dusty too!!!!

Staff and services are excellent, staff are so friendly and helpful, at the top. The food is great for a buffet even surprising with local dish corner and food changing everyday. The rooms are great with real view to the sea. Just few issues with the water, reason for the 4 stars.

Be careful when you buying this hotel in Satour.sk. You will offer 8days trip, but it is 6.5 days. You will arrived on midnight (first day)(all inclusive dinner is sandwich) and leave 9 p.m. (last day) but all inclusive is stoped at 3 p.m. Check out is at 12. Late check out wasn't possible, because hotel was overbooked.response / report this review -

A beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They do everything they can so you have a fantastic stay. The evening entertainment is poor but better than none. The Food is good with a good variety. We are here with a 2 year old boy and we have no complaints. There is very easy access to the beach where the water is crystal clear.

Very mixed bag, lots of improvements to be made.
Pro's:
Great location and great beach.
Very friendly staff.
Great reception / atrium area.
Con's:
Overall poor food.
Long wait time for food.
Very poor setting for entertainment. (People stand in front of the stage and block everyone's view.)
Very poor air conditioning.
No music / radio after entertainment.
Very small / poor bathrooms in hotel rooms.
Very small canteen area. (Tables are very close together, constantly getting dumped by the person behind).
Very small food menu for all inclusive during the day at the bar.
Very small drinks menu for all inclusive.
Dress code - gives an uncomfortable feel of trying to be too formal.
The elevators are very dangerous (I have seen 3 people in 10 days get trapped in the door including a disabled women.)response / report this review
