Can't fault this hotel. Very well positioned in Ayia Napa, close to the beautiful beaches, restaurants and night life. Rooms were of a good standard. This felt more like a four star hotel than three. Food was good and staff were very attentive and professional. Reception were helpful and welcoming and restaurant staff were efficient and accomodating to our dietary needs. Hotel, staff and service very good.

The rooms are as old as it can be possibly imaginable Smells like a granny apartment The view is nice from the balcony, but everything else is just terrible

The hotel location is a very nice one. The reception people were very nice until sunday, when we have found that we have been checked out without anouncing us. The hotel rooms are very old, and the bathroom is not so cleaned, and also old the food is also not so good. The coffe is bad, they have a lot of food (all meals are buffet) but not so good.
If they do not improve, they will lose a lot of clients.response / report this review -

+ Staff was helpful and friendly
+ Easy check-in and -out.
+ Our room was facing the sea, (beautiful view!) it was big and full of light because of the huge windows. Air-conditioning worked fine, so did everything else.
+ Breakfast was good and had a lot of different options, even for vegeterians.
+ The room was cleaned everyday properly.
- The glasses in the cabin in the room hadn't been changed.
- The sheets were stained even though seemed clean otherwise.

This is a very good hotel for Ayia Napa, always good service and delicious food. From any room you can get a good view. To a good beach on foot across the road is not more than 10 minutes, but the road is pleasant and does not bother. Stayed in this hotel with friends and family and with pleasure several times in a row and will come back again.

The Hotel is in a beautiful position over looking the beach and within walking distance of the Town. Beach view reccommended . The staff are very friendly and attentive . It is that good we have stayed twice.

Very friendly and kind staff. Very beautiful but cosy hotel. Unfortunately my room was not clean. When I complained about it, they fixed it right away. We had all inclusive food. It was very good, much choice, every day something different! The hotel got a very homelike feeling. So you feel very welcome

Отель очень уютный, утопает в зелени. Мебель и сантехника не новые, но все выглядит нормально. Кормят отлично. По вечерам есть концерты, развлечения для детей. Пляж возле отеля чистый, песок крупный. До пляжа метров 200-300, нужно переходить через дорогу. Отель на горе, но нам с детьми было ходить не напряжно.

Hotell is not bad, but brekfast is the same every day..borring. pls keep money in the safety box. From my night table drawer stole money and threatened by the police, after the expiration of 5h theft, although I reported when was working cleaners. I felt like criminals and they spoke with me like this. I didn't want to go to police and to waist my time bz it was to late to prove my true. Everythig was good if not this event, it's spoiled holiday mood :(

Были в июне 2016. Номер оказался с боковым видом на море. Питание так себе, вкусно, но скудно. Встречались плохо промытые тарелки. Шашлык принесли сухой. Просто сухой. До пляжа недалеко. Пляж изумительный. Лучше, чем ниссибич. Голубой флаг на этом пляже присутствует. От центра далековато, поэтому шума и гама гуляющих не слышно. 4 звезды из-за пляжа.

Для трех звезд просто шикарная гостиница, был приятно удивлён. Номер с видом на море, приветливый персонал, отличные комнаты и сервис, питание на высоте. И всего пара минут до пляжа.
