Lovely friendly hotel, hard working bar and restaurant staff. Our experience was spoilt by rock hard mattresses, so request toppers asap. Also poor housekeeping. We had to request towels, bedding change (took 11 days), toilet paper and soap dispenser filling. Towels are supposed to be changed every 2 days at this hotel apparently. After speaking to reception 5 times, with some very rude responses we eventually got the towels changed after 5 days. It then took a further 6 days to get them changed again, even after we had a flood in the bathroom where we had to use them to mop up. Housekeeping just dried them over the balcony, then put them back absolutely filthy!!! Such a shame because we really liked the hotel and the vicinity.

Lovely hotel. Meals are buffet with good selection most days. If you are not all inclusive drinks are expensive however good pub 'blazing saddles' straight over the road. Rooms are made up every day by very nice maids, and clean towels every day. Excellent bus service outside hotel to pahos harbour.

Stayed half-board for 3 weeks over Xmas 2017. Breakfasts were OK but after a while got boring. Dinners were good with plenty of choice. Soup every night, salad with different choices each night, plenty of choices for main course again different each night. Didn't have the dessert many nights as I was full with everything else 😆

Entertainment was noisy and did not start until late - typically 10pm so I didn’t bother with it. Staff always friendly and helpful. Free WiFi in the lobby was slow at times and often disconnected me.

Sauna, steamroom, pool and jaccuzzi weren't busy unless the water aerobics class was on. Daytime activities sounded interesting but were poor - you only got to use them for 20 minutes supervised - only tried it once as you spent most of the 20 minutes waiting while others used the equipment.

Well I have to say top marks to the spa facilities for saving our holiday. Unfortunately we didn't book to stay here but we used there facilities as the ones at our hotel were very basic and not what it stated in the brochure. Lovely staff, massages a real treat and the spa facilities are in good working order (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool), lovely temperature too. Put it this way next time we holiday in Cyprus we will be booking to say here.

We used the gym at this hotel during our recent trip to Cyprus. To say the state of the place was shocking would be an understatement. The gym was so tiny, they had just 3 treadmills, only 2 of which was working. 2 bikes etc. The most astonishing part was the age of the equipment. Practically prehistoric! The other parts of the hotel we saw was so dated it was unbelievable.

Facilities inc pool bar restaurant i cant fault . Reception was very helpful when we needed anything . However rooms r dated and we had ants it did get sorted . It didnt bother us that the rooms were dated as they were clean great place to stay very helpful team

Room was average at best, large enough for two people but small TV, ants roaming around the bathroom, fixtures crooked and hanging off the bathroom walls. Some of the food wasn't pleasant, Ermines Bar staff were unfriendly however the restaurant staff and manager were very friendly. Holiday was marred by how awful some of the facilities in the hotel were, especially the "gaming" room which reeked of damp and wasn't in a pleasant condition (see photo). Lower pool and spa area was easily the best area of the hotel, well maintained compared to the rest of the building, which was rather shocking for a supposed 4-star hotel. Entertainment was ok. Grassy areas outside the hotel needed draining of stagnant water and weeds cleared. Loads of stray cats, a couple tended to sleep in the Ermines Bar.

This hotel was a big disappointment for us. Where the hotel is situated is superb, but then it is all downhill. The hotel looks and is tired. Most of the staff were very ,very bad at their jobs and the bar staff were mostly rude.One guy called Daniel was the rudest person that I have ever come across and was threatened on a number of occasions by various guests. It was impossible to get a sunbed beside the pool unless you were nocturnal,towels were put on the sunbeds and remained on the unoccupied beds until evening. Meals were very bland with a lot of repetition, even though we were fully inclusive we always gave lunch a miss and ate out. If after reading this review you decide to go to this hotel take your own teaspoon as they are not provided. Our Thomas Cook rep Steph bought some for us.

Never experienced such rude disgusting service staff ignoring people and just being beyond rude totally ruined our holiday "Daniel" and the bar manager should not have jobs. Beyond horrendous!!! Wouldn't even allow us to eat on our last day at the hotel THAT WE HAD PAID FOR!!!! Ruined my holiday and birthday won't be coming again!!! Being blatantly rude ignoring and saying "I don't understand" and laughing when they clearly understand and laughing amongst themselves so humiliating

Near the beach. Old hotel. Old rooms. Free food of chosen all inclusive. Good price if you go extra season. When we went we didn't find the quality we expected for that price. We found it expensive!

This hotel has got to be the worst hotel we've stayed in. We have came to Cyprus every year for 7 years and it's the pits. Rooms are dated with no tea/coffee making facilities, no fridge as standard, however you can rent one!!. Same applies for the room safe. The beds are very uncomfortable and we're now getting back ache. Some members of the staff are fantastic, some are just rude. It's listed as a four star hotel, in the EU hotels are starred by the facilities offered unlike the UK where it's done on quality.. This hotel would struggle to get 2 stars back home. Food is bland and reminds me of Army catering supplied by contract caterers. The location is spot on for the beach and there are numerous bars and restaurants along with supermarkets along the main road. The local buses are very good and it cost €1.50 for a single journey.
Some previous Russian reviewers have commented on the amount of British pensioners here! I could say the same for the amount of Russians with small children. If you want a relaxing holiday away from it all, go somewhere else. Also if you leave your books for the benefit of other guests to read, it would appear that there resold in the small shop in the hotel.

Staff inattentive and disinterested. Could be because I was a solo traveller. No aircon until the end of May, so I boiled. Entertainments manager was good. Facilities are dated and not 4 star. Busses are amazing though.

Just returned from a great week here.first off,this holiday was only 365 pounds each all inclusive Inc beautiful sea and pool views and late room checkout.The staff were all polite and extremely helpful, totally faultless.The pool area and grounds were all excellent, and the location was perfect for us with a lovely bay beach a 10 min walk away,bars and restaurants and bus stop 2 min through the hotel gardens. The bus service to paphos harbour is regular and cheap.we did not see ANY hotels located better for us.The food is buffet style,plenty of choice and anyone who has pub food around the UK will certainly have paid good money for worse food.having said that,it is not top restaurant quality although some customers did seem to expect that! The room was a little dated,but clean and nothing to concern us without being petty.It does not compare with the hotels we've been to in Egypt for wow factor,but neither did the price.
I would expect the area to be much less peaceful during the main season,which would not suit us,but we are looking to go back in September. All in all i a can recommend this hotel based on our experience, we had a wonderful and relaxing week at a great price.The review is based on the price we paid.

I was here 3 years ago and it looks like it's still in need of upgrade .its about time the Internet was free. As I never go to any hotel if it's not free.You can get Free use of the Internet if you go out of the hotel and cross over the road then turn right ,carry on until you see a sign .the horse shoe. Where you can get free use of Internet by buying a ice cream,drink,or something to eat.

Hotel lobby, lounge and inside pool was ok.
Room was little dirty and some Ants were running.
In the lobby was one big cat and was sitting on the sofas and chairs. My wife was pregnant and told them many times to move the cat out but nothing happens.
The manager was very rude and he brought a big cage and told the other customers that he has to move out the cat because we are not animal friendly.
Food in the restaurant nice and many option but the last day we and other 2 friends of us had food poisoning and the manager did for this nothing.
Internet in the rooms in the 21 century 2017 is not free.
The water is not in the all-inclusiv menu. You have to pay for 0,5 l bottle 2 euro, or get tap water for free.
The bar staff was nice and helpful.
