  I brought my BMW “M” to change rear brakes and they returned the car without the “M”detail on the brakes !!! And worst of all they said it was like this! They have no shame!! Like I don’t know what my car looked liked before?!? thieves! Big time! When you take your car there for any service- make sure to make photos all around! May be they change some part for their benefit and tell you it was like that!!! What a shame!! Under no circumstances I would bring any of my cars there again.

  Fairly ok customer service. The working hours are not the best or the most convinient. I own a bmw 3 series and a Range Rover so o deal with them a lot. Parts and service are expensive but thats what you get by owning premium cars. Overall a good group.

  Remote location.
  High spare parts prices which is in some cases small spare part on the exterior is equivalent to 6 percent of the car value.
  How to improve: by studying the market prices and look at the parts value without exaggeration.
