  Arranged a car for 10am finally got the car at 11am, I can live with that. I just went for a small car, I didn't expect a old banger, honestly If I knew the car was going to be in that condition I wouldn't have bothered with the excess insurance. Every panel was damaged, wheels was replaced with "gangster" chrome rims. Very embarrassing. Also the car keeps stalling. I would avoid if I was you!

  If I look at the reviews seems pretty bad but we had no issue with europcar on this station! Maybe its because we are renting with sunnycars online. Better price and better insurance. I came and got the car.done

  Had to call in the office to extend an airport hire car, once we arranged a suitable time the staff were only too happy to help, which was especially good as some previously recorded damage needed to be resolved that got missed when I collected the car initially.

  Seems like a decent price online then you get there and they add on loads of other stuff which more than doubles the price. They conned us on the fuel as well, said that they will charge us for what we use. We took it back with half a tank and they charged us for a full tank. I explicitly asked whether we pay for what we use when we took the car. When we went back to the desk we got it from the guy even agreed that it's their job to con you! Use another company
