  We have been to Cyprus many times and we always hire a car for the duration of our holiday .this is the first time we have used Recency but it won't be the last .They were brilliant from start to finish Manos met us at the airport and we were on our way in a matter of minutes .The price they quote is what you pay and it included comprehensive insurance with zero excess.we just had to return the car with the amount of fuel in that you got it with Far and away the very best car hire we gave had in Cyprus. We always treat hire cars like we treat our own car but when we returned it there was no third degree nobody running around with a microscope trying to blame anyone for scratches .And there was no retainer placed on our credit card.I can not possibly recommend then any higher. We look forward to useing them again and some of our friends will be also. Thank you Regency

  i will come back to my experience in a minute but let me tell you what happened at the end of my holiday at the paphos airport.people travelling to and from paphos must have seen rent a car counter at the airport.this nice elderly couple were having argument with one of the guys at the counter that these scratches were already there and he was trying to charge them out of their deposit,now for a person like me holiday is gone down the drain if that happens with me.
  this regency car rental company's scotish guy(forgot his name,sorry mate)waited for me at the airport for 45 extra minutes due to flight leaving gatwick late,did not ask me extra pennies for that,upon collecting the car keys when i tried to look around the car to see if there were any existing scratches and dents,he told me just take care of my car,drive responsibly as you would drive your own,other than that do not worry about dents and scratches because i am not charging you any deposit or anything as stated on their website,end of my holiday when i returned the car i was not asked million questions about car.so i am happy with your service,keep up the good work.regency i will be seeing you again in either april or august

  For the 4th year we hired a car from Regency and we received the same excellent service. Superb car was ready as we arrived and so easy to hand back. Very impressed by Yiotis company and a special thanks to Manos who delivered the car. He ensured that we knew excatly what to do and was very happy to recommend places to go.   I've heard a few horror stories about some car hire companies in Cyprus, and so I went for Regency Car Hire which was recommended by friends who had a good experience with them last summer. I was so pleased that I did. Everything was perfect, the staff, the car, and no extra charges. The price quoted was exactly what I paid, plus our petrol use. I highly recommend this car hire company.

  I have used regency car hire every visit to Cyprus and find that they are very reliable, honest and consistent with their service.
  Cheap prices and always all inclusive means I would recommend them to anyone.
