The only thing going for it is the position, its easy to get to most places. The swimming pool is lovely. The food is good, but i would not stay here again, the rooms need updating there's no atmosphere. Some of the staff are not very nice especially the management, but the waiters are nice & work very hard.

just come back from a fantastic holiday at basillica holiday resort. hotel and food excellent all the staff were brilliant especially the entertainment team lead by David. would recommend and will be returning {eye drops}

Good clean apartments. Friendly staff. Great location near to the bus station and harbour. Supermarket just across the road. Excellent value for money. 3 🌟 accommodation. With 5 🌟 service.

Went to this hotel over xmas and new year. Room and food were excellent. Xmas gala was 1st class . All staff were very polite and helpful. Except the cleaners who stole money from myself and another couple from our room safe which were locked. Manager done all he could and get police involved. Waiting for outcome. Would like to thank Mr Costa for all he did and all bar/restaurant start for doing a great job

Do yourself a favour - pay a little more and stay in a ‘proper’ hotel. The best thing about this place is the location - right in the middle of the town. The room was fine, very clean and recently refurbished. It’s a little small though with very little storage space. The food is very nice and the pool area is ok. My biggest gripe though is that during the evening dinner service you cannot get a drink of any description unless you are seated for dinner. Thinking of chilling out in the evening with a nice cold beer before dinner? Forget it! They won’t serve you one at the bar and the waiter won’t bring you one! A bit of a joke really.

go in bar area ask for Juan, top quality lad doing honest work for honest pay. our room were class even had a balcony, loved it. hotel is across road from a massive supermarket so help yourself to some vimto if thats how ur feelingv xo

Well where do i start. On arrival it was mayhem no one seemed to no what was going on. Id booked 2 appartments but we were given one to share which was disgusting and dirty. Went to complain and they gave us the option to have 2 seperate apartments which was just as bad with no out door lighting which is bad for night time. They said we had to chose to stay or move. So decided to stay. Tuesday wed had enough so spoke to someone else. She was lovely and showed us 2 more apartments which were slightly better so decided to move. The cleaning staff need learn how to clean as. It wasnt done right every day. Thursday we had a massive downpour and our balcony roof leaked and left black stuff all over the table and that was still there the day we left on sunday. I have never met more moody rude bar staff. No please or thankyou. Extremely rude at times. With the exception of the owners being there then they were all smiles. If this had of been our main holiday we would of been on the next flight home. My brother his wife and my hubby had had an awful yr last yr losing both our mum & dad and was looking forward to a stress free week away. It was far from stressfree. I would never recomend this hotel to anyone is horrendous. Everyone we spoke to had problems with something.. sorry but i will NEVER go back. Its a 1 star for me.. shocking

I stayed here a little less than a month ago and had a great time. It is in an amazing spot directly across from a grocery/convenience store. This was extremely helpful, since I didn't have a working phone.

The Good:
When I arrived, there was some water by the toilette and an obvious crack in the reservoir. I complained about it, but expected nothing to really be done about it. Not more than 1 minute after I arrived back to my room, the maintenance men arrived and quickly replaced the cracked toilette reservoir!!!

The pool was amazing (and beautiful) and at one point there was even a very boisterous dutch looking fellow that had most of the people follow allow dancing to some fun songs!

The Bad:
The rooms had their own wi-fi routers in them, but the wi-fi itself was only half-way decent. There were only a few stations on the TV too, which didn't have anything that I (or my kids) deemed worth watching. None of the floors were carpeted and they gave me a feeling that they weren't very clean. The doors were very hard to open with an actual key (not a key card). The hallway lights would automatically turn off, which always gave me an earie feeling going back to the room, especially since it wasn't very obvious where the light switches were. There were also two sets of stairs (and no elevator) so I always needed to carry my daughter in her stroller up and down the steps.

Other:
While I did love the food served by the hotel for supper, there really wasn't any fruit. The little that they did have was very hard/not ripe.

Summary:
The pool is amazing along with the breakfast/dinners they serve. It is also at a great location. A few improvements like keeping hallway lights on and updating the doors/locks would probably have made me give this hotel a 5 out of 5.

A brilliant stay, staff are excellent, apart from the manager in the evenings who looks very much like Jaws from James Bond, who seems rather unkind to a couple members of his staff. We were all inclusive, food is varied & a very good standard, the lady making omelettes in the mornings has turned it into an art form, from eggs to omelette in about 90 seconds. Bar staff are good & the entertainment staff were absolutely brilliant, David is very well supported by Dominique (who is a great singer & dancer) Shannon & Shinika get everyone involved in the activities, we had such a great stay & would go again

Don't judge a book by its cover. This place does not have a grand entrance but the rooms are spaceous and the pool area is nice with plenty sun beds. Our room had a nice good sized balcony with table and 2 chairs. The cleaning staff are friendly and know enough English to ask about chaging bed sheets etc. We haven't eaten in the restaurant whilst staying as the options seem a little limited for our liking but may be enough for others.

Отдыхали там в июне 2014 - в корпусе Эрато, в июне 2015 в корпусе Пенелопа и в июле 2015 - в новом корпусе Артемис. Хороший отель, который постоянно развивается: ремонтируют старые номера, закупают новую мебель и бытовую технику в них, улучшают сервис и места общего пользования (тренажерный зал, прачечная, душ для уезжающих вечером после сдачи номера днём, детская комната, живая музыка или шоу во время ужина и т.д.).
Также хочется отметить очень удачное расположение отеля: напротив - большой гипермаркет Папантонио (там всё есть по нормальным ценам), набережная в 3-х минутах ходьбы, городской муниципальный пляж в 5-ти минутах ходьбы, автостанция ещё ближе (можно съездить на рынок, на пляжи Корал Бэй и Коралия бич, на дикий пляж на место рождения Афродиты, в аквапарк Афродита, в аэропорт Пафоса и и.д.), на автостанции можно заказать экскурсии в РусланТревел, а вечером и ночью в 7-ми минутах ходьбы от отеля улица с кафе, барами, ресторанами и ночными клубами, где можно отдыхать до утра, но при этом в самом отеле очень тихо и спокойно (мы спали как убитые). Так же в шаговой доступности все достопримесательности Пафоса: 3 археологических парка с раскопками, порт, катакомбы Соломонии с источником и т.д. А ещё одно приимущество отеля номера-студии - это с кухней!!! Если не хочется никуда идти или тратить деньги, можно приготовить что-то самим, на кухне есть все необходимое: плита, холодильник, тостер, микроволновке, чайник и посуда.
