We have been to passouri bay before and had the luxury of staying at the only hotel in the area however it has now become a resort hotel and out of our price range. This time we booked in the Kotzias Apartments as we were going to travel around a bit so didn't need all the facilities a hotel offers. The apartments are ideally situated and offer parking and a private pool. The owner is alway around during the day if needed. The kitchen, living room and bedroom was an ideal size however the bathroom you couldn't get a cat in there let alone swing one. When sat on the toilet my knees were touching the sink unit opposite. The apartment was newly renovated but felt grubby (not dirty), it was cleaned but not polished! An example of this would be that the surfaces were wiped down but the corners missed or the runners the inside windows were in need to be cleaned occasionally. Outside the there was old furniture and rubbish stuffed in corners, this can be seen as being Mediterranean! Asked if I would stay there again, probably not, but I wouldn't rule it out.

Great apartments with everything you need on your holiday. Oceanview, cleaning everyday, nice helpful staff, pool and sundeck, parking. Thee beach, supermarkets and restaurants are really close by.

The owner was really helpful and welcoming when we arrived. The apartments are great size and really well maintained. The pool is very nice too! There is cleaning once a two days or so during the weekdays. There is also free and secure parking. We were in a group of 9 and we loved it. The only thing it could improve is putting extendable sofas in the living room so that the 5th bed is also comfy and large as the rest. For us the 5th bed was a folding bed and I thought that was a bit disappointing. We also had some unpleasant smell coming from underneath the sink due to some pipe works. Although a minor issue it got unpleasant at times and I think that maybe that room should have not been put in use yet. Overall we all had a positive experience and I would come back to stay there as it is amazing value for money.

Really nice place with a beautiful view, the swimming pool is lovely, the restaurants nearby are fantastic, but the best thing about it is when you come back to your apartment with the air conditioning on! x

We spend more than a week at the appartments in both November 2015 and November 2016. Extremely near to the beach, spacious appartments, clean and very nice owner.

The place is well located by the beach and the garden is beautiful, however our room was dirty with cockroaches.
