It was a nice and clean hotel with a good restaurant. We had to switch rooms because the air conditioning wasn't working in the first one. The staff was friendly. The view from the top floor was beautiful. The exit door was locked at night with no way out which I believe to be a fire hazard. There was a really sweet dog that lives outside, who is really friendly. The signs telling how to get there are small, so look carefully. Overall, I recommend a stay here if you're on the north end of Curaçao.

Location is quite good, but poor signage makes it much harder to find this place. Check in difficult - the manager disappeared. Checked us a Spanish language chef (he was very polite and helpful). The room was OK, quite large, clean bathroom, balcony, large bed, unfortunately without fridge and view of the hut farm. I tried to change the room to the same but overlooking the ocean. The manager showed us the room and after a short chat we agreed that we would free the room (80% of the rooms were empty at that time). The next day the cleaner showed us the room we were going to move. Unfortunately this was not the room that the manager showed us the day before and the stink in the stove. During the interview, the manager stated that he was doing a great favor and that it was free - so we went back to the first room. The breakfasts were varied and tasty, but the manager (he insisted on serving us) moves very slowly and before thinking about making additional coffee, I managed to do it myself. The chef bakes his own bread, but we get unsightly toast for breakfast Strange it all. Does the owner not care about good reviews and advertising?

Excellent in pretty much everyway. The staff are fantastic, especially Darrell and Alex.

The included breakfast gives you several choices, and you'll want to stay for dinnerhuge portions, amazing taste, and fantastic price for what you get (catch of the day and the Punta West babyback ribs were so delicious).

Our room was large and clean with great views of the hills and the sea. Excellent quiet (save for a rooster) location with short walks and drives to the best beacheshidden gems and popular alike. 45 minutes or so to drive to Willemstad.

Parking inside the gate can be hairy if it's busy due to limited space, and there was an obnoxious local Rooster that liked to call out late at night and super early in the morningvery minor and can't be helped things in an otherwise perfect place.

We had a beautiful, relaxed honeymoon. We had a lovely view of the ocean and coastline. Quiet surroundings. Comfortable room and bed ( we stayed in the Junior suite with ocean view; bed was a bit firm but not uncomfortable; had an issue with the A/C and electricity, but that was sorted out fairly quickly). Rooftop restaurant, pool and terrace. Tasty breakfast ( although more meal/breakfast options would have been preferred). Friendly and helpful owner and staff (Owner prepared breakfast for us a few times and provided helpful tips on where to go in Curaçao). It's a new hotel so many people didn't know about it so it's important to get directions before you travel. We would definitely stay at Punta West again.

An excellent, but a bit new place to stay in the north side of the island.
I say new, because it's not all perfect there (cleaning services, for example). The rooms were very modern, comfy and clean, but they weren't always serviced on time.
The deal bought included breakfast and dinner, but even if you don't get big meals, you will definitely get Curt's extraordinary hospitality. And if you're lucky, even the owner will take care of you with open arms and open heart.
This is a remote location, so expect to be far (relative to the size of the island 😁) from the city, but very close to the beauty of the nature, beaches, parks and everything else that matters.
I'd come back in a heartbeat.
