Beyond pathetic service. Spectacularly rude staff. It took two hours to serve four entrees. Even then the order was not correct. Had to beg for menus, drinks and the check. After waiting long enough for menus, I went to pick up menus sitting on the bar 8 feet away. The server suddenly decided to pay attention to me, stopped me from taking the menus, said there is an order to things and escorted me back to my seat. I blame it on a long day in the sun, but I should have known to leave at that point.

A 12 inch long iguana jumped on my wife's leg, and took a bite out of her sandwich. So, forget the other truthful reviews about terrible service and gross food (which are true). The wait staff laughed about it and offered no apology or concession (and we did not ask). We are here for another week and would rather eat grocery store chips and beef jerky than go there again. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! That is, unless, you enjoy giant iguanas jumping on you to get to your food. The wife was not amused

Ordered cocktails during the happy hour to get told the happy hour only applies to soft drinks. Quite unfortunateView is nice though. Staff is also not the quickest.

Not sure what we did to offend the wait staff, but they clearly disliked us. Party of 7. It took 2 hours for burger and fries. Long periods of time with no contact for drink etc Tried to make eye contact and they turned their backs and ignored us. The burger was good, the scenery fantastic, and we rented snorkeling equipment from the friendly dive shop. We were confused by the treatment we got from the food service.

Just awful. The only bad meal we had on the island. The "baguette croquette" was absolutely disgusting. The Caribbean sandwich was inoffensive but tasteless.
