  Alweer een maand geleden eerst drie dagen de karakteristieke "Curaçaose 2CV" gehuurd om even nostalgie te snuivenvervolgens 10 dagen een bijna nieuwe VW. Vriendelijke, correcte & duidelijke service. Goede betaalbare auto's! Een betrouwbaar adres om vervoer te huren.

  Habe den Wagen im voraus aus Deutschland reserviert. Schnelle Abwicklung und Übergabe. Super netter Service, Fahrzeug (VW Up) in sehr gutem Zustand. Erstzulassung 11/18.
  Preis/Leistungsverhältnis finde ich auf dem Preisniveau der Insel in Ordnung.

  Behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen. De auto's zijn prima in orde en worden netjes en schoon aangeleverd. Voldoende keuze uit verschillede types.

  We have been to Curacao twice with our family and we were very impressed by Jan Thiel Car Rentals. The staff is very hospitable and helpful and the cars we rented were clean and reliable. We could even get a baby seat. We will rent again at Jan Thiel Car rentals when we return.

  Terrible company do not rent here! Budget car is much cheaper and better service (or any other for that matter).
  We rented a car for the day. Received an email conversation at 11:26 for our rental reservation of 12:30. Once we arrived they were disorganized then said they did not have a car and that there was a 3 day minimum. We explained we booked online for one day which also was confirmed. Also we were in a hurry to get to our reserved slot at the sea aquarium (dolphin swim). The offered a more expensive car but for 3 days only. We explained again we just needed it for a day and if they can please help us as they made a mistake and we had to get on our way! They left us in the lurch and told us they could not do that and send us on our way. While badmouthing us to their other 'guests'. Never seen such terrible service.
  And if you confirm a booking that make sure the car is there and do not come up with new rules and policies and leave your customer hanging.. We had to take a taxi to make the appointment and learned the hard way that this company can not be trusted
