Awesome after hours spot in curacao. Nobody bothers you, the owner is a great guy. Love the place.

Back in 2011 and 2012 we enjoyed having a cup of coffee on this cozy square nearly each Saturday morning and where wondering why this place wasn't open at night. Then we found the quality of the Keukenplein square going down and we did not visit anymore until last night 20 Dec 2015 as we new there is a new owner of Café Copa Cabana. We were pleasantly surprised it is now open at night. It has a new interior a nice terrace on the square and salsa music is dominating the selection. The new owner is a veteran in the business. We enjoyed our conversation with him. It is a pity that we cannot join for the smashing party with The Happy Peanuts band at 1 o'clock on new years day 2016. But, we will definitely return to have a drink and maybe a meal. Great to meet someone putting his entrepreneurial efforts in contributing to revive Punda 'La Boutique del Caribe' as a place to walk around, enjoy a drink, a meal and shop around.
