Dive masters are fantastic! Did 10 dives on a group trip and Martha, Laurent, Andreas, Loys and Tuki the boat captain were extremely helpful. Very safety conscious and accommodated all level of diver. Have not gone to other shops on the island, but was such a great experience I won't use anyone else!

As an experienced (25+ years)diver, I was disappointed start to finish. The dive sites were not impressive and there was only juvenile fish, no large fish and some areas of dead coral. There are no protected reef areas and fishermen were out there dragging lines everyday. As far as the dive operation, the boat was fine. The staff do nothing to assist with your equipment so be prepared to handle everything including schlepping all your equipment and changing tanks between dives. Divemasters did not keep an eye on our group, maybe because we are all very experienced. Also showed us nothing interesting underwater. A first for me. So don't go there if you are used to full service dive operation. It's intended for shore divers period. Pricey for what we got.

After a death defying dive with a sketchy operation in South Africa, it was refreshing to go with an operator that put safety first. I did a two tank dive in late November of 2017, and rented everything except mask and fins. We had 8 on the boat, plus two divemasters and a captain. The featured dive site was Watamula, clearly one of the most highly thought-of dive sites on Curacao. The second site hadn't been set when I booked the dive, so I requested the Mushroom Forest. They said they couldn't guarantee the second site but would try. When I arrived the morning of the dive I found the shop to be very professional. The rental equipment was in good shape, and they managed to arrange the Mushroom Forest as the second option. The dive sites were outstanding, and the two divemasters acted more like safety officers than your guides, keeping an eye on us at all times as they sandwiched the group between the leader and the sweeper. The rules are simple, simply keep an eye on the group leader at all times and never get out of eye sight. They kept a close eye on us and the dive was awesome. Each dive was almost exactly and hour with depths exceding 20 meters in some places. You should know that they have a store policy that if you haven't done a dive within 6 months they would like you to go do a shore dive somewhere on the island so that you can dial in your weights (if uou rent they privide a 2mm shorty) and get used to being in the water again so that no one holds up the group. I think it's a great policy and the atmosphere on the boat with super low key and everybody felt very at ease even though there was a ride range of experience and abilities among the divers. If you're the kind of diver that wants somebody to point everything out to you then this might not be the best operator to go with but if you are interested the in professionalism and safety and just an all around low key vibe then this is an outstanding operator.

Fun snorkel trip to see the blue room, shipwreck/reef and turtles. Would love to spend more time with the sea turtles!

The staff seems to know their business. It is pricy as expected for equipment purchases but the rentals is average price. They price things in US currency but welcome gulden and have the standard exchange rate. Parking is limited, but, if you stay at Nos Krusero Apartments you won't have a problem. You can walk faster than parking.
They offer lockers and places to store your gear for the next dive. They have wash area to get the sea water off your gear too. The views above and below the surface are fantastic. Plenty to explore or just sit and lounge in chairs on the beach.
    Overall a great diving experience.

My boyfriend and I just got certified to dive and wanted a good scuba diving company for our first dive. Our nerves were eased with Go West Diving! The staff and dive masters were helpful, professional while laid back at the same time. They made the dive carefree to were all you had to worry about was enjoying the dive. We did 4 dives with the company and would go back in a heartbeat! Great dive shop they are a well oiled machine! Great experience!

Great team, even better scuba diving. Although it lies a bit of the beaten track it lies in one of the most beautiful parts of the Island. I do recommend every scuba diver and nature lover to go to west punt and stay there and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the great diving.
