The worst place to rent a car in Curaçao. They always charge you 100 dollars fee add to the price of the car, telling you that the car isn't clean or you smoked inside the car Don't trust these people. We rented 3 cars in this place, they delivered completely dirty and after they charge 100 dollars for the cleaning. The staff is the worst that I experienced in my life. Don't go there.

Reserved a rental car online a few weeks before our trip. Once we arrived everything went very smoothly. Both check-in and return went well. Price was good! We had a Kia (mini car, clean & good shape) and it was a perfect car for our 5 day stay at Curacao.

Horrible Car Rental. When I arrived at the desk, there was no one there. I finally managed to find a staff member but no apologies whatsoever. Ordered and payed for a Hyundai Accent, automatic. They gave me a Picanto instead saying that they can give another similar car if not available. Well I can't say this is a similar car! Then the guy left and I wanted to leave the parking lot, just to figure out I got a manual instead of automatic. Walking back to the desk, the guy was gone already and I could not find him again. Well okay I can drive manual to.
On the way to the hotel I soon noticed that there was something wrong with the car. The back of the car easily slipped away and did not have good grip. Like many other car rentals, there are also many hidden costs! Be aware. It ended up being much more than I expected.
Needless to say, do not rent with Budget!

Horrible customer service. Horrible cars. Our car battery died on us four times in a day and the rude woman yelled at us that it was our fault and we should have called roadside assistance. We are not from here and our phones do not work. Inconvenient rude horrible. There are plenty of other car rental companies in this airport. I suggest using on of them.

The budget rental in Curacao has a horrible service. I rented a car and i dropped it off in the morning. They weren't open on time and no one was available. I didn't know where to leave the key. I have been calling them and no answer and they never returned my $500 deposit. I haven't seen a business that doesn't answer for two days and i have been calling them direct from the states since i am back already. I highly advice any visitors to not rent from Budget. Please don't let this scare you about the island because its a beautiful place to visit, just don't let Budget ruin your vacation. I am very frustrated and I still haven't reached out to them.
