Great service - My husband accidentally locked his phone in the car, and are flight left before they opened. We had to have them send it via Fed Ex, Suzy was professional and kept us updated every step of the way. I have had problems with extra charges on other out of the country rentals, but not here. Would recommend them.

The worst place to rent a car in Curaçao. They always charge you 100 dollars fee add to the price of the car, telling you that the car isn't clean or you smoked inside the car Don't trust these people. We rented 3 cars in this place, they delivered completely dirty and after they charge 100 dollars for the cleaning. The staff is the worst that I experienced in my life. Don't go there.

Do not rent with these peoplemyself and my traveling party thought a reputable name such as Budget in a foreign country would ease any sort of issues with regards to renting. In reality, they charged me $1,200 for a faulty trunk that stopped working through no fault of our own, with no visible damage of a collision or anything. Would recommend looking into other companies specifically in Willemstad.

Couldn't find anyone to help us and didn't even have a map. Charged us one hundred dollars "cleaning fee" to clean some sand out of the car even though it wasn't even very clean when we got it (seriously it needs to be vacuumed anyway). Only came with half a tank of gas. Next time going with Sixt rentals.
