Tui Blue is a really nice hotel with a great service! The food is good and they offer a lot of drinks. Just the place to be for sun and relaxing time.

Nice place, nice people, great service, just suffers with the same issues as all, all inclusive hotels, you need to upgrade to get the international spirits, it makes all the difference. Watch out for the mosquitos they bite.

Amazing place, amazing staff. Loved everything about this hotel, will be going again soon. Jenny and Tim , fitness, went over and above to help in anyway they could. Food was brilliant, cleanliness perfect. Rooms large and lovely.

Room was clean but paying extra for oceanfront whilst hot tub and patio was OK the sunbed cushions severely stained and need replacing. If you want grass then maintain it to grow as all we had in front of ours was a mud patch, great for mosquito not so good for me. Maybe put sand or patio whole area. Food was OK in buffet. I agree with others it's not a 5 star resort. We had to keep asking for water and coffee the cushions on sunbeds to lots of rooms look really dirty. No premium drinks just lots of things that makes it feel far less than any other 5 star hotels we have visited. Wifi is patchy OK in room but elsewhere hit and miss. We didn't use the pool towels but they too look worn. Rivera snack bar best place for lunch.

We loved everything about our holiday. The staff were friendly and professional. Jenny gave us the inspiration and enthusiasum with all of the different excercises to keep us fit and above all very happy.
We went back home the fittest we've ever been after a holiday.
Beautiful place, we were made to feel very welcome.

My review is a little late but my husband and I stayed here last November for 2 weeks and thought it was blimen fabulous! What's not to like?!!! I have no idea why people have left negative reviews - absolutely no need for it in my opinion; especially as some bad reviews are based on things which were clearly explained on the website; it's just they hadn't bothered to read it properly. Anyway I digress.
The complex was adults only for a start which is great for those who want some real R&R. The rooms were immaculate and spacious, cleaned daily (and yes the mattresses are quite firm but totally comfortable). A few people have moaned about the repetitiveness of the buffet but they did a fab job I thought of managing the food cycles and minimizing waste. THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS on a AI basis. I for one do not eat any seafood but never once did I struggle to get a decent meal. There was always tonnes of choice. The selection of included drinks is also pretty good for a AI package. Staff are polite and attentive (maybe very slightly understaffed at breakfast but not a big deal). The evening entertainment wasn't amazing but again we didn't go for that so it didn't bother us.

Literally 15 minutes drive from the airport which is great..
If you read up properly before you book you will see that there's not too much in the way of things to do even on Sal. A few day trips here and there and a quiet main town (Santa Maria) so if you are looking for adventure and lots of things to do then I suggest that you have a think about going somewhere else. My husband and I just wanted 2 weeks of sun, sand and relaxation to eat, drink and use the Spa facilities. It was perfect for us in every way so much so we have booked the same 2 weeks again for this year and I cannot wait!!! Roll on November :-)response / report this review -

Our weeks holiday comes to an end today and the Hotel has provided everything we expected for an Adult only stay. Delicious food at each meal time in the buffet & we enjoyed the meals in the Italian & Al A Carte restaurants too. Our room was cleaned each day to a high standard, as was the pool & bar areas in general. The swimming pool was freezing, which was a great shame, as this prevented it being used by more guests. Also, if the pool temperature had been warmer, it could have been used for water aerobics (or similar exercise) which is often very popular and is a great way to get to know other guests. Overall, it has been a lovely, totally relaxing & thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Quality resort with good price/value ratio. But the weather. 2nd week of Feb was not a sunny one. Really strong and cold wind and practically no sun in most of the days. Empty pools and need for warm clothing. Outside eating a dream for evenings.

Fantastic TUI adult only hotel, one of two joined together in symmetry, very friendly staff, food is great and drinks are served with large alcohol measures. Close to beach front with 2 outdoor pools. Large choice of room types depending on budget. Visited over Christmas and weather was fair if not a bit windy, but this is only normal for this time of year. Highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointing place, the restaurants struggled to keep stocked with crockery, cutlery, food having to be asked for to be restocked.
Food quality average at best.
Pools very crowded.
Very loud music played most nights.
Room with swim up good size and well presented.

Great hotel. Nice staff. Food amazing, lots of choice. Dress code rightly enforced at dinner. Only concern were a couple of families with 16/17 year old kids were staying in this Adult only hotel. Not an issue as well behaved but hotel/TUI should clarify what exactly they mean by "Adult only" - as it could have been an issue and may stop us booking again in future.

If you want somewhere to chill where the moto is "No Stress" then get yourself here. Food is good, drinks flow and weather is hot. Watersports if you wish from kite surfing to jetskis.

Amazing, relaxing and very tranquil hotel. If you're looking for somewhere to recharge the batteries in a high class environment, this is definitely the place to go.
All the staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make your stay as restful as possible.

What can I say?
Absolutely awesome! We have done the all inclusive holiday thing before, but this is on another level! We chose this particular resort because we wanted a child free week to enjoy each other's company and behave like adults for a change!
As soon as we walked into the hotel lobby to check in, we were treated as if we were the only people there - we had our own check in agent, no queuing! - and a welcome drink was thrust into our hands - very nice too!
There was a bell boy on hand when we had finished checking in who labeled our bags and then showed us to our room, pointing out all the amenities on the way. He also showed us around our room and how to open the balcony doors, before going back to check in for our bags!
We then spent about 20 seconds unpacking before exploring the whole site - trying the many bars and cocktails on offer, obviously!
The food was always excellent - no matter which restaurant we chose or which meal, it was all good. The range of food on offer was immense too, lots of fish obviously, chicken, beef, pork and lamb and also lots of vegetarian choices and even cold meats and cheeses for our European friends - you could even have sprouts for breakfast!
There are other restaurants, besides the main one - an oriental option, an Italian and The Cullinarium which does all sorts of lovely stuff!
There are also lots of bars around the place, with very attentive staff and lots of cocktail choices! There is something to do all day, everyday if that is your thing, or you can simply sit or lay by the (2) pools or on the beach if you want that too.
If you can manage it, there is a gym and a spa area with a hot tub, but some of the rooms have hot tubs too!
All in all, an awesome, quiet and thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all! Highly recommended!response / report this review -
