Would have been nice to have sun bed cushions. Cold wind blows after dark so really need heaters in sheltered seating areas around bars and more thought needs to be given to the comfort of chairs provided.

Great hotel with really enthusiastic staff, good range of food, plenty of capacity for people to be around the pools.
All inclusive meaning you have no need to leave. Very relaxing atmosphere. Being adults only it is very calm all day.

Lovely hotel. Large pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Waiting staff hard working and helpful even though some had difficulties understanding english-not a criticism as it's not their first language. Had a great holiday with plenty to eat and drink. Would happily return.

They have put in a lot of effort in making sure the accommodation, food and pool areas are excellent quality. The LEVEL upgrade, if you can afford it, allows access to an extra lounge and pool area where you are spoiled by staff in an oasis of calm, in addition to the extra attention to your needs around the rest of the resort. Communications with the staff can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, it would help if either their English, or my Portugese/Creole were better. The tag-line is "no stress", and this resort takes you there.
