Vegetarian food oasis.
On the pricy side, but as it is packed every day that's the only way to limit.
Not sure if the salad caused my tummy issues, must be washed somehow.
Don't mess with the owner, she will remember you; "Best to ask for the wifi password before saying Hello" ;-)

Best cafe in Santa Maria, if you are looking for a nice place for breakfast or healthy lunch, this is it. Food is fresh and delicious, you can also get smoothie or detox juice. Highly recommended.

Coasy place with fresh produce and vegetarian options. Really tasty wraps and friendly staff. A bit expensive 5-6 Euro for smoothies and milkshakes, 6-7 euros for wraps.

The most colourful chill out fruit bar you'll encounter. It's amazing what you can do with painted pallet wood, a hammock swing and cushions. The atmosphere has that "No Stress" Cape Verdian vibe. The menu is fresh and exciting with sweet tasting smoothies, pancakes, coffee and croissants. The "breakfast Sal" was today's choice toast and an omelette of cheese caressed with mushroom. Freshly squeezed orange and a caffeine boost of cappuccino. When visiting Sal, Cape Verde Cape Fruit has to be on you list.

This is my favourite place on the island. Smoothies, omelets, wraps and pancakes, you name it. My favourite were chocolate and banana pancakes. The staff is friendly and the prices are very good. Enjoy the flavours

Breakfast isn't gonna get anywhere better on the island.
(Almost) everything is home made and delicious.
Also perfect for lunch and dinner.
Oh and there's enough veggie dishes.
