  This street takes you from the center of the city where you can walk along the tree lined boulevard, south along the Malecon seawall, and finally to Punta Gorda. It's a beautiful walk near sunrise or sunset, and active at nearly all times of the day. There are a noteworthy monuments and the WiFi here is strong.
