  It's one of the very few places where you can get WiFi in Cienfuegos therefor it's almost always crowded. Connection is poor cause of the amount of people connected. Not a good place to sit during day due to too few seats in shaded spots yet a great place at dusk and early night. A lot of business around. Feels secure at almost every hour.

  Not as noteworthy as Parque Jose Marti but very active with locals as the WiFi is strong here too. A notable 24 hour bakery is off one corner of the park, as well as a few convenient cafeterias across the street.
