Good statue is all that can be said about this park. Not much else around. Someone can capitalise on having a cafe around here perhaps some Beatles memorabilia and they'd take it in. Took a few selfies with John albeit without his glasses. 😘

Fairly large, clean outdoor park with a cool statue of John Lennon. In the middle of a once upscale but deteriorating neighborhood , makes for excellent photos. No outdoor vendors or shopping nearby.

Our local guide took us there for a quick stop. Nothing much but a statue of John Lennon. There's nothing around either to visit. Just locals

As a Lennon and Beatles fan I couldnt not to visit this place. A week before I was in Strawberry Fields in NYC, saw Dakota building, Imagine mosaic, John's rim glasses (original) in Hard Rock cafe near Yankee Stadium and now THIS ! The imagie / likeness of this statue to real J.L. is incredible! Congrats to the artist. (PS. You can see my pics from Hard Rock cafe and Starwb. Fields and Dakota on G Maps here).

Parque Lennon is probably a little overdone. Apart from a statue of John Lennon with real glasses on his nose there's not much to see unless you're a hard nosed tourist .

The statue of Lennon is great, but it was so refreshing to see kids playing in the park and having a great time. It's hard not to smile when you're here because everyone is having a great day.

Around the corner is The Yellow Submarine cool night club with live classic rock music playing everynite. The park bench is perfect for pictures and singing old Beatle songs
