Great food, service and atmosphere! We were on a cruise excursion, and asked our tour guide, Andres, for recommendations for lunch, and this was one of them. He nailed it! The owner was talking to guests in the restaurant, and told us his family converted their house to a restaurant six years ago. This was a pretty great Cuban experience.

I love this place! This small venue local favorite is ideal for those traveling to Cuba wanting an authentic experience without lots of tourist. Wonderful food, great atmosphere and the owner (pictured with me below) was kind enough to introduce himself and explain the goingdirty of his restuarant (ask about it, you'll be surprised). Highly recommend, do not miss out.

Not just the best restaurant in Havana, the best restaurant.EVER! I highly recommend the lobster in pineapple sauce. Great service, great staff, and great atmosphere with live music.

To my experience is an overprice restaurant. We waited 30 minutes to be seated when we actually got to the top there were a whole bunch of empty tables.
Food was ok , nothing to die for.
Service was ok. To be honest they have better restaurants down the street .
Fue unos de los servicio mas lentos que tube en Cuba. Se demoraron en sentarnos como 30 minutos. Luego la comida no era nada del otro mundo y los Plato's estavan muy caros para ser en Cuba. La verdad el restaurant no es nada del otro mundo.response / report this review -

Cuban food with high quality. Very nice staff with great service. They offered us high quality cuban rum and great coffee after our dinner. Relatively expensive so bring dineros. One of the best resturants in Havana!

This was one of the best meals I've ever had. I had lobster in pineapple sauce which was fantastic. The lobster tasted so fresh and the pineapples were cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had octopus with black rice. There was octopus in every bite. We had a chocolate tart and a pour of Cuban rum for dessert. The staff was extremely friendly and fast. Everyone who works there are part owners which I thought was cool. This was a great experience with a great view.

We ordered the seafood plate and the smoke pork loin, and the food was delicious. The seafood was spicy hot and delicious. Most of the dishes don't come with sides so you have to order sides.

The restaurant was recommended to us by our guide and it sure was good. The staff was very helpful and the food was really good. We ate in a nice atmosphere with live music.

Best restaurant experience we had in Havana. Wonderful staff. My wife had the fish in a lemon cream sauce and I had the fish in tomato stew. Both Great! Enjoy!
The musicians in the window were fantastic as well.

This is the best restaurant I have even been in Cuba. Everything is slow here. But in this restaurant, staff can speak English, super nice and helpful. They have special menu everyday. They theme of restaurant is kind of dark, but also romantic.

Great food. Very detailed decoration. They put rose petals on stair cases. Quite impressive. The Pork Rib is the best! Tender and flavorful.

This place was awesome! A bit more expensive than other restaurants we tried but the food is definitely worth it. There are also great views from the second floor over a balcony with open air seating. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a meal in Havana Vieja. You won't be disappointed!
