i went to all the chinese restaurants. there were only 1-2 chinese working in Chinatown. IT WAS HILARIOUS to see
This is an OK place to have a meal. I was not very impressed though but it is in Cuba and through my two visits and experiences the food is not very appetising 😶 sad but true.
Staff was very nice, but owner was cold. Perhaps it’s just me, but when you/your group are the only patrons in the restaurant, I’m used to at least being greeted by the owner (who was sitting at one of the tables). It was very empty for a Saturday night, but perhaps that’s normal for Chinatown in Cuba. I was hoping there would be a bit more Cuban-Chinese fusion, but it was just somewhat bland Chinese.
Very good dumpling and lobster!
This restaurant used to be my favourite, years ago as most customers were Cuban people. Quality was just average, but for most Cuban people, that was a treat.
Now quality has improved (although it is still way below international average, due mainly to the poor quality of the meat in Cuba), but there are almost only tourists
excellent pescado floreado
