Really cool tapas bar with food prices that range from 1 CUC (roughly $1.10) to 4 CUC. Definitely stop by and check it out for a drink and a bite to eat at night if you're in the area

Un bar muy agradable con tapas para paladares diversos. El dueño es muy amigable y es muy buen anfitrión. La ambientación es muy bonita y los sábados hay música en vivo. El único detalle es que cierra temprano.

I visited Cuba twice this year and both times I went Cafe Madrigal. The first time we arrived around 1:15 am, they close at 2:00 am, and we were told the place was closing. This last November 8th I decided to give it a second shot, as it is a beautiful place. This time we arrived at midnight and I was told that their kitchen wasn't working, but we could order drinks. Exactly an hour before they close the server brought the check abruptly and said that we were out of luck. They had run out of water and could not stay open. Notice that we were the only ones in that place as it was a Tuesday night. I paid and went to the restroom, to my surprise they HAD PLENTY OF WATER. This place needs to improve on the way they treat customers.
