  Must see to get know sugar plantations and Trinidad city history. It's about sugar cane, the production process, slavery, pirates and collapse of the city until it was announced the UNESCO heritage site 30 years ago.

  To get there, you can take the little tourist train from Trinidad. I hired a taxi as I wanted to be flexible to explore the valley. Recommendable.

  Very nice to do by train - as cubatur to book a ticket (15CUC) if you don't feel doing it yourself at the station, very small (10CUC apparently)
