Took Spanish class there for about 5 months in Fall 2017. Beautiful architecture and super nice students and professors! Very leafy green surroundings and nice artwork scattered everywhere around ISA. Let's say that architect Ricardo Porro designed certain roofs and sculptures on the campus to resemble certain female reproductive organs jeje :)

But, youre going to need to pay extra for a private cab if you dont live nearby (in Miramar) to get there from center city. Also, unfortunately, bathrooms there are frightening, no toilet paper or even soap. They have a cafeteria w peso pizzas which are fine in the moment if ur dying of hunger, but were not the best pizzas I'd tried in Cuba. There is only one airconditioned room in the whole complex, and we could not have class in there everyday so I'd go home drenched in sweat :( But, a beautiful school with great teachers and students there, a special story behind its architecture, and lots of talent in its student body!

A must to visit once in Habana, seriously not only incredible architecture and a breathtaking location, as well the artists, and dancers there are amazing, full of joy, very friendly and you can find incredible works of art.

Beautiful property, but the guard would not let us in. Unclear if you need to be on an official tour in order to get in here. We were not, and the fact that we attempted to visit on a weekend didn't help.

This is the biggest art school in Cuba.
It has a very interesting and distinctive architecture.
Attended some shows here during the XII Havana Biennale, including the premiere of "Cubanacan', a new opera.

I was there with my percussion class with Mariel on our last day of training, and we got to play with his class, and got a quick tour of the school-erea. Super nice staff, cool students and a all-over nice place :)
