I mostly liked it, there is a beautiful view of the Cuban countryside. Breakfasts at the hotel restaurant are amazing, sadly I can't say the same about supper, very bad tastes in the meat and rice.
There is a Rancho that serves lunch and have very good options of food though.
The pool is very good, however, the hotel staff allows the entrance of people who are not staying at the hotel, and they fill the pool all day, and you can't swim quietly.

Small, economical place that's why not so much luxurious. Yet offers exotic experience of a beautiful lake outside the window, vuew of lush green mountains, cool weather.

This hotel was terrible. The staff only speaks one language and thats Spanish. My phone didn't work in Cuba so I needed wifi, but the wifi barely worked and it costs $2 an hour! Sometimes there weren't even people at the front desk to help you. I only had breakfast there and it wasn't very good. There were NO HOT SHOWERS. The "maids" didn't even clean! They just gave you new towels and made the bed. And lastly, there were bugs everywhere!! I found bugs around my suit case and a spider in the shower!!!! Do NOT stay here.

Beautiful surroundings ruined by disgusting food and the pool area stereo being dialed up to 11 at 10am every freaking morning (the sound went directly into every room in the hotel), utterly destroying any tranquility that might be had. The worst thing was that there was no one in the pool area 95% of the time. The hotel amenities were good (for Cuba anyway).
