  This was a lovely Casa Particular. The hosts are very professional and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. We booked in advance through Airbnb and their communication was great. They even arranged to have us picked up from the airport. The rooms are clean and in good repair. We stayed 2 nights and ate breakfast and dinner there and the food was excellent. It is located one block from Parque Vidal which is the historical Centre of Santa Clara. The only problem we had was there was some traffic on the street that was a bit noisy which was not the fault of the owners. Highly recommended!

  Cuando pasé las vacaciones en Cuba fue muy buena la visita y hospedaje en el Hotel Casa Mercy en Santa Clara, La comida es muy sabrosa y la atención y hospitalidad de los moradores (familia) excelentes. Son muy profesionales en el servicio que prestan. Se la recomiendo a todos mis maigos para su estancia en Cuba.
