Great hotel! It was right next to the Hotel Nacional close to el Malecón. The breakfast was yummy. Bedrooms were very cleaned and staff was friendly.

lovely staff doing their very best with limited means in Cuba. Sunian the chef makes a lovely fresh omelette and appreciated the Harry Potter related gift for her son. they have very little available in cuba for fans so if you stay here ..bear it in mind. other gifts also given to room staff as they kept our room lovely and clean :-)

Tall high rise view. Buffet lacking on ground floor, but roof top restaurant is beautiful. Not so raving the expensive food though

Nice hotel in a good location, though it is a hole for Old Havana. The furnishings could use an upgrade, but the breakfast buffet, people, and especially the rooftop pool are great!

Decent hotel for what you pay for. It is clean which is for me is the #1 thing in a hotel. However, their shortage of towels is annoying. We ended up with towels from the pool when they ran out of clean towels. When they made the bed they wouldn't change the sheets - so if there was a stain on the bed it would stay there the whole week. Hotel food is good, their free breakfast is decent as well. Customer service is their best bet. Overall, if they gave us clean sheets and towels a little bit more often I'd give it a higher rating. I get that this country is how it is but if they are going to increase tourism with US citizens, they need to try a little harder if they want to consider themselves a 4 star hotel.

Great experience with a hearty breakfast buffet that's well beyond continental style. Rooftop pool and Italian restaurant were great touches. Rooms are comfortable and clean. You get a WiFi card for one hour of free service but the connection rarely worked. Definitely be prepared to unplug when you're in Cuba.

The basics were covered, and I believe the service is better here than in many other places. They have live music pretty frequently. The comfort does not fit the price by international standards, but I don't know if you'll find much better in Havana.

Updated and very clean! The service was impeccable and the hotel staff, extremely friendly and helpful. An unbelievable breakfast buffet began our day each morning. I would definitely stay here again.
